摘 要:研究了粉煤灰、矿粉对掺硫铝酸盐膨胀剂(CSA)试件在不同养护条件下的膨胀率、自生体积变形率和干燥收缩的影响。结果表明:粉煤灰对CSA的膨胀性能起正效应,粉煤灰的掺入增大了试件在饱水养护下的早期膨胀率, 与3%CSA组试件相比,3%CSA15%FA、3%CSA30%FA和3%CSA45%FA组试件的7 d膨胀率分别增大了11.4%、31.3%和68.0%;粉煤灰的掺入显著提高了试件在绝湿养护下的自膨胀,3%CSA15%FA、3%CSA30%FA和3%CSA45%FA组试件的180 d自膨胀变形率分别为226×10-6、771×10-6和2 121×10-6;粉煤灰的掺入有效改善了试件在干燥养护条件下的干燥收缩,与3%CSA组试件相比,3%CSA15%FA、3%CSA30%FA和3%CSA45%FA组试件的180 d干燥收缩从-2 980×10-6分别降低为-2 513×10-6、-2 269×10-6和-1 709×10-6;矿粉对CSA的膨胀性能起负效应,不同养护条件下,矿粉的掺入均明显抑制了CSA膨胀性能的发挥。实际工程使用CSA配制补偿收缩混凝土时,应减少矿粉用量,适当增大粉煤灰用量。
Abstract: The effects of fly ash and mineral powder on the expansion rate, autogenous volume deformation rate and drying shrinkage of specimens with sulphoaluminate expansive agent(CSA) under different curing conditions were studied. The results show that fly ash has a positive effect on the expansion performance of CSA. The addition of fly ash increases the early expansion rate of specimens under saturation curing. Compared with 3%CSA specimens, the 7 d expansion rates of 3%CSA15%FA, 3%CSA30%FA and 3%CSA45%FA specimens increase by 11.4%, 31.3% and 68.0% respectively. The addition of fly ash significantly improves the self expansion of the specimen under absolute humidity curing, and the 180 d self expansion deformation rates of 3%CSA15%FA, 3%CSA30%FA and 3%CSA45%FA specimens are 226×10-6、771×10-6 and 2 121×10-6 respectively. The addition of fly ash effectively improves the drying shrinkage of the specimens under dry curing. Compared with 3%CSA specimens, the 180 d drying shrinkage of 3%CSA15%FA, 3%CSA30%FA and 3%CSA45%FA specimens are from -2 980×10-6 is reduced to -2 513×10-6、-2 269×10-6 and -1 709×10-6 respectively. Mineral powder has a negative effect on the expansion performance of CSA, and the expansion performance of CSA is obviously inhibited by the addition of mineral powder under different curing conditions. When the shrinkage compensating concrete is prepared with CSA in practical projects, the amount of mineral powder should be reduced and the amount of fly ash should be increased.
