摘 要:通过对预制混凝土桩生产的资源属性、能源属性、环境属性、品质属性等几个方面的新材料、新工艺、新技术的分析,提出了预制混凝土桩生产中混凝土配合比优化设计技术、再生骨料利用、碱矿渣混凝土、免蒸养免蒸压技术、混凝土高性能化、生产线智能化、高强钢材技术、无短板机械接桩等绿色低碳化的技术措施,可为我国预制混凝土桩行业绿色低碳化发展提供参考。
Abstract: Through the analysis of new materials, new processes and new technologies in the aspects of resource attribute, energy attribute, environmental attribute and quality attribute of precast concrete pile production, the green and low-carbon technical measures such as optimization design technology of concrete mix proportion, utilization of recycled aggregate, alkali slag concrete, non autoclaved curing and non autoclaved technology, high-performance concrete, intelligent production line, high strength steel technology, and mechanical pile connection without short plates in the production of precast concrete piles are proposed, which provides a reference for the development of green and low carbon in China’s precast concrete pile industry.
