摘 要:为提高钢纤维无筋盾构混凝土管片的力学性能,研究了钢纤维掺量(30 kg/m3、40 kg/m3、50 kg/m3)和长径比(0.8、0.7、0.6)对管片混凝土抗压强度、抗弯强度的影响。结果表明:在本文研究掺量范围内,管片混凝土抗压强度、抗弯强度均随钢纤维掺量的增加而提高;无筋盾构管片用C50混凝土的钢纤维推荐掺量为30~40 kg/m3,推荐长径比为0.8。
Abstract: In order to improve the mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete shield segments without steel bars, the effects of steel fiber content (30 kg/m3, 40 kg/m3, 50 kg/m3) and aspect ratio(0.8, 0.7, 0.6) on the compressive strength and flexural strength of segment concrete were studied. The results show that the compressive strength and flexural strength of the segment concrete increase with the increase of the steel fiber content within a certain range. The optimal content of steel fiber is recommended to be 30~40 kg/m3, and the aspect ratio of steel fiber is recommended to be 0.8.
