摘  要:为提升山区丘陵等施工环境复杂地段的输电铁塔基础建设效率,以广泛应用的板式基础为研究对象,基于模块化、标准化及规范化的设计思想,分析了其受载特性及传荷路径,研发了装配式板式基础模块化方案和节点连接设计方法,并通过具体工程实例对设计方法进行了理论研究,最后利用ABAQUS软件对设计实例中的基础整体及节点受力情况进行了仿真分析。结果表明:装配式板式基础各模块受力合理,荷载传递路径明确,钢筋及节点连接构件应力与理论计算结果接近,能满足工程设计要求。 Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of transmission tower foundation construction in mountainous and hilly areas with complex construction environment, the plate foundation widely used in transmission lines was taken as the research object. Based on the design idea of modularization, standardization and normalization, the loading characteristics and load transfer path of the foundation were analyzed. In order to meet the structural stability and component strength, the modular scheme of assembled slab foundation and the design method of joint connecting component were systematically studied, and the theoretical application of the design method was carried out through specific engineering examples. Finally, ABAQUS software was used to analyze the stress of whole foundation and joints in the design example. The results show that the stress of steel bar and joint connection members are close to the theoretical calculation results, and meet the engineering design requirements, which proves the feasibility of the design method.

摘   要:为了解石粉含量对机制砂混凝土的性能影响,制备了2%、5%、7%、10%四种石粉含量的机制砂混凝土,分别研究了其力学性能、工作性及耐久性,探究了不同石粉含量机制砂在预制构件混凝土中的应用,进行了装配式构件的试生产。结果表明:在合适掺量下,石粉在一定程度上能改善机制砂的堆积密度,从而提高混凝土强度;石粉含量过大会降低混凝土密实性,从而影响混凝土力学性能;采用机制砂配制的混凝土力学性能、抗渗性能和抗冻性能可以达到与天然砂混凝土的同等水平。 Abstract: In order to study the influence of stone powder content on the performance of manufactured sand concrete, the manufactured sand concrete with 2%, 5%, 7% and 10% of stone powder was prepared, and its mechanical properties, working performance and durability were studied respectively. The application of manufactured sand with different stone powder content in prefabricated component concrete was studied, and the prefabricated component was producted in factory. The results show that stone powder can improve the strength of the concrete by improving the bulk density of manufactured sand in a certain extent. Excessive stone powder content will reduce the compactness of concrete and have bad effect on the mechanical properties of concrete. The mechanical properties, impermeability and frost resistance of concrete with manufactured sand are similar to those of concrete with natural sand.

摘   要:为避免综合管廊燃气泄漏造成的安全隐患,制备了气密性能符合要求的气密性混凝土,研究了胶凝材料用量、水胶比、砂率、矿物掺合料以及外加组分对综合管廊用气密性混凝土性能的影响。根据试验结果,成功制备了工作性良好的C40气密性混凝土,其透气系数达到4.72×10-12 cm/s,并成功应用于实际工程。 Abstract: In order to avoid the potential safety hazard caused by gas leakage in utility tunnel, the effects of cementitious material dosage, W/C, sand ratio, mineral admixtures and additional components on airtight concrete for utility tunnel were studied. According to the test results, C40 airtight concrete with good workability is successfully prepared, and its air permeability coefficient reaches 4.72×10-12 cm/s, which is applied to practical engineering successfully.
