摘 要:以普通硅酸盐水泥砂浆作为研究对象,综合考虑了水泥细度、水灰比、外部荷载加压、预制裂缝龄期等因素,采用裂缝宽度恢复率和强度恢复率的表征方法,对砂浆试块裂缝自然自愈合性能进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:试块裂缝在加压条件下比自由条件下的自愈合能力明显更好,试块养护180 d后,前者裂缝宽度愈合率可达到90.8%,而后者只有55.4%;试块在养护14 d后预制裂缝比养护28 d后预制裂缝的自然自愈合效果更好;此外,随着水泥细度的增加以及水灰比的增大,试块裂缝的自愈合能力均逐渐降低。
Abstract:The self-healing properties of ordinary Portland cement mortar are evaluated by an experimental approach. The influences of various technical conditions are considered, such as fineness of cement, W/C, compressive constrain and pre-cracking age. Some indicative indices, such as closure ratio of crack width and strength restoring ratio, are used for the evaluation. Some conclusions can be briefly drawn as follows: compressive constrain can significantly promote the self-healing phenomenon, after 180 d of curing, the crack width restoring ratio of the former is 90.8%, while that of the latter is only 55.4%; the curing age of pre-cracking is also sensitive for the self-healing performance, specimen at 14 d is better than one at 28 d; with increasing of cement fineness and W/C, autogenous self-healing capacity of crack is reduced.
