摘 要: 目前,国内外所制备的再生骨料混凝土的强度值都较低,只能用于非承重构件,另外对再生骨料混凝土耐久性方面的研究仍不多。本文利用废弃混凝土,按照所提出的一种新生产工艺制备再生骨料,然后按照要求配制成高强度再生骨料混凝土。研究发现:采用取代率为50%的再生粗骨料和取代率为30%的再生细骨料所配制的再生骨料混凝土强度能够达到高强混凝土强度要求。此外,本文研究了高强再生骨料混凝土的耐久性能,探讨了粉煤灰、二次搅拌、再生粗骨料最大粒径和初始含水状态对高强再生骨料混凝土的收缩性能、抗碳化性能、抗氯离子渗透性能和抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响。
Abstract: At present, the strength of recycled aggregate concrete is normally low in China and abroad and it can only be used for non-bearing components. Moreover, there are few studies on the durability of recycled aggregate concrete. In this paper, waste concrete is used to prepare recycled aggregate according to the new proposed preparation process, and high strength recycled aggregate concrete is then prepared. It is found that the strength of recycled aggregate concrete with 50% replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate and 30% replacement rate of recycled fine aggregate could meet the requirement of high strength concrete. In addition, this study evaluates durability of high strength recycled aggregate concrete prepared by the new process. The influences of fly ash, mixing method, maximum size of recycled coarse aggregate and initial water content of recycled coarse aggregate on shrinkage, carbonation resistance, resistance to chloride ion penetration and sulfate attack are also investigated.
