摘 要:采用料浆容重法进行了配合比设计,分别制备了表观密度为 600、800、1 000、1 200 kg/m3 的微孔混凝土,并制作了微孔混凝土-XPS-微孔混凝土复合墙体试块,通过立方体试块高温试验和复合墙体单面受热试验,研究了表观密度和结构形式对微孔混凝土复合墙体试块的耐高温性能的影响。结果表明:随着温度的提高,微孔混凝土的质量损失增加,抗压强度和导热系数降低,表观密度对微孔混凝土的耐高温性能影响较大;表观密度越高,微孔混凝土复合墙体的耐高温性能越好,25 -50-25 mm厚的复合墙体的隔热性能最好。
Abstract: The slurry bulk density method was used to design the mix proportion, and the microporous concrete with apparent density of 600, 800, 1 000 and 1 200 kg/m3 was prepared, the test blocks of microporous concrete-XPS- microporous concrete composite wall was prepared, and the effect of the apparent density and structural form on the high temperature resistance of microporous concrete composite wall was studied by high temperature test of cube specimens and single side heating test of composite walls. The results show that with the increase of temperature, the mass loss of microporous concrete increases, and the compressive strength and thermal conductivity decrease. The apparent density has a significant influence on the high temperature resistance of microporous concrete. With the increase of apparent density, the high temperature resistance of the microporous concrete composite wall increases, and the protective layer of 25 mm thick microporous concrete has the best insulation effect on the corl material.
