摘   要:为研究不同聚合物乳液对水泥砂浆的改性效果,将苯丙乳液(SA乳液)、醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液(VAE乳液)和丁苯乳液(SB乳液)单掺或复掺到砂浆中,并测试了试件的拉伸粘结强度、抗压强度、抗折强度。结果表明:单掺SA乳液和单掺VAE乳液均能提高试件的拉伸粘结强度,但随着聚灰比的增加,单掺VAE乳液时的试件拉伸粘结强度逐渐降低,单掺SA乳液时的试件拉伸粘结强度逐渐升高;复掺乳液对试件拉伸粘结强度的改善作用由大到小依次是SB-SA复配乳液、SB-VAE复配乳液、SA-VAE复配乳液;相同SB乳液掺量下,SA乳液和VAE乳液的掺入分别对试件的拉伸粘结强度、抗压强度的提升效果较好;当mVAE∶mSB为1∶1时,二者可发挥协同作用,进一步提高了试件的拉伸粘结强度和抗压强度。 Abstract: In order to study the modification effects of different polymers on mortar, styrene-acrylic emulsion(SA), vinyl acetate ethylene copolymerization emulsion(VAE) and styrene-butadiene emulsion(SB) were added to the mortar by single or compound. The tensile bond strength, compressive strength, flexural strength were tested. The results show that the tensile bond strength of mortar can be improved with the addition VAE or SA single. With the increase of the ratio of polymer to cement, the tensile bond strength of mortar with single-mixing of VAE gradually decreases, the strength of mortar with single-mixing of SA gradually increases. The improvement effect of mixed emulsion on the tensile bond strength of mortar are in descending order: SB-SA, SB-VAE, SA-VAE. Under the same dosage of SB, the incorporation of SA can improves the tensile bond strength of mortar, and the incorporation of VAE can improve the compressive strength of mortar better. When mVAE∶mSB is 1∶1, it has a synergistic role to further improve the tensile bond strength and compressive strength.

Abstract: In order to study the modification effects of different polymers on mortar, styrene-acrylic emulsion(SA), vinyl acetate ethylene copolymerization emulsion(VAE) and styrene-butadiene emulsion(SB) were added to the mortar by single or compound. The tensile bond strength, compressive strength, flexural strength were tested. The results show that the tensile bond strength of mortar can be improved with the addition VAE or SA single. (1)单掺SA2和VAE乳液能显著提高砂浆的拉伸粘结强度,且砂浆的强度与SA2乳液的掺量呈正相关、与VAE乳液的掺量呈负相关。单掺SA1和SB乳液对砂浆的拉伸粘结强度的提升效果不明显,少量或过量均会对砂浆的拉伸粘结强度产生不利影响。
(2)在SB-SA2复配乳液体系中,随着SA2掺量的提高,砂浆的拉伸粘结强度不断增长,且当mSB∶mSA2大于1∶1时,砂浆的拉伸粘结强度的增长幅度较大,抗折强度呈先增大后减小趋势,抗压强度呈减小趋势,折压比则缓慢增大。
(3)在SB-VAE复配乳液体系中,随着VAE乳液掺量的提高,砂浆的拉伸粘结强度和抗压强度均呈先增大后减小的趋势,抗折强度和折压比则呈上升趋势。
(4)当SB乳液掺量相同时,SB-SA2复配乳液对砂浆的拉伸粘结强度提高较大,SB-VAE复配乳液对砂浆的抗压强度提高效果较好。
(5)当mSB∶mVAE=1∶1时,两者对砂浆的力学性能影响起到了协同作用,提高了砂浆的黏结性能和抗压性能。
(6)SA乳液的掺入可降低Ca(OH)2的含量,延缓C2S/C3S的水化;SB-VAE复配乳液试验组的水化程度比SB乳液试验组高。
