摘  要:将保温层置于混凝土叠合楼板的预制底板和现浇顶板之间,提出了一种新型夹芯保温叠合楼板(以下简称新型叠合板),建立了稳态传热分析有限元模型,研究了桁架钢筋间距、夹芯层厚度等对新型叠合板传热系数的影响。结果表明:为满足规范传热要求,夹芯层厚度需超过20 mm、材料导热系数需小于0.15 W/(m·K);新型叠合板热桥效应明显,桁架钢筋对结构传热系数影响可达13.5%;随着夹芯层保温效果的提高,桁架钢筋间距造成的热阻变化占整体热阻的比例逐渐提高,但占钢筋总影响的比例降低。此外,通过对样本模型数据进行回归分析,得到了具有较高精度的传热系数计算公式,可以用来评估此类新型叠合板的保温性能。 Abstract: A new type of sandwich thermal insulation composite floor slabs was proposed, in which the thermal insulation layer was placed between the precast bottom plate and the cast-in-place top plate of reinforced concrete composite floor slabs. The effects of parameters, such as the spacing between the truss bars and the thickness of the sandwich layer, on the thermal transmittance of the sandwich thermal insulation composite floor slabs were investigated. The results show that, the thickness of sandwich layer should exceed 20 mm, and the thermal conductivity of the material should be less than 0.15 W/(m·K) to meet the heat transfer requirements of the specification. The thermal bridge effect of the sandwich thermal insulation composite floor slabs is obvious, with an impact on the thermal transmittance of the structure up to 13.5%. With the improvement of insulation effect of sandwich layer, the proportion of thermal resistance variation caused by the change of truss spacing to the overall thermal resistance gradually increases, but its proportion to the total influence of truss bars decreases. In addition, a new formula for calculating the thermal transmittance with high accuracy is obtained through the regression analysis of the sample model data, which can quickly evaluate the thermal insulation performance of this new type of composite floor slabs.

(1)若选用常规建筑流塑材料,夹芯层厚度需大于20 mm,材料导热系数需小于0.15 W/(m2·K)方可满足规范要求。在实际工程中,夹芯层推荐厚度为20~30 mm,推荐导热系数为0.07~0.15 W/(m2·K)。
(2)在新型叠合板中铺设桁架钢筋将形成较为显著的热桥效应,对整体结构热阻造成的影响比例可达到13.5%。
(3)随着新型叠合板保温效果的提高,热桥效应随之增强,桁架钢筋间距造成的热阻变化占总体热阻的比例逐渐提高,但占钢筋总体热阻比例降低。
(4)通过统计回归分析,对规范公式进行修正,给出了具有较高精度和适用性的新型叠合板传热系数计算公式。
