摘   要:通过单掺、复掺无机材料和有机材料对再生大骨料进行改性处理,研究了改性再生大骨料混凝土(MAC)与天然骨料混凝土(NAC)、再生骨料混凝土(RAC)的耐久性能差异。结果表明:相同龄期下,NAC的抗渗性能、抗氯离子渗透性能及抗碳化性能均最好,MAC次之,RAC最差;随着龄期的延长,RAC碳化深度的增幅最大,MAC次之,NAC最小。 Abstract: The recycled big aggregate was modified through the single admixture and compound admixture of inorganic materials and organic materials, the difference in durability between modified recycled big aggregate concrete(MAC), natural aggregate concrete(NAC) and recycled aggregate concrete(RAC) was studied. The results show that at the same age, NAC has the best anti-permeability, anti-chloride ion permeability and anti-carbonization properties, followed by MAC, and RAC is the worst. With the extension of age, the increase in RAC carbonization depth is the largest, followed by MAC, and NAC is the smallest.

摘   要:研究了不同掺量的废玻璃粉混凝土在1.5 m和2.0 m落锤高度下的动态力学性能,并提出了一种表征废玻璃粉混凝土动态力学响应的动态损伤本构方程。结果表明:废玻璃粉混凝土的抗压强度随着废玻璃粉掺量的增加而降低;利用MATLAB程序计算得到的分形维数来表征废玻璃粉混凝土的损伤因子是完全可行的;修正后的ZWT非线性率型本构方程的理论曲线与试验曲线吻合较好。 Abstract: The dynamic mechanical properties of waste glass powder concrete with different content under 1.5 m and 2.0 m drop weight height were studied, and a dynamic damage constitutive equation was put forward to characterize the dynamic response of waste glass powder concrete. The results show that the compressive strength of the waste glass powder concrete gradually decreases with the increase of the waste glass powder content. It is completely feasible to use the fractal dimension calculated by MATLAB program to characterize the damage factor of waste glass powder concrete, and the theoretical curve of the modified ZWT nonlinear rate constitutive equation is in good agreement with the experimental curve.

摘   要:研究了不同掺量的可再分散乳胶粉、纤维素醚、聚羧酸高效减水剂单掺对钼尾矿砂抹面砂浆力学性能的影响,并通过正交试验确定了3种外加剂对砂浆性能影响的顺序,得出了钼尾矿砂抹面砂浆最佳配合比为胶砂比1∶3,减水剂0.8%,羟丙基甲基纤维素醚0.15%,可再分散乳胶粉1%。 Abstract: The effects of three admixtures, redispersible latex powder, cellulose ether and polycarboxylate superplasticizer on the mechanical properties of molybdenum tailing mortar were studied. The order of the effects of the three additives on the performance of the mortar was determined through orthogonal experiments, and the best ratio of molybdenum tailings plastering mortar was found to be 1∶3,  the water reducing agent was 0.8%, and the hydroxypropyl methyl fiber was 15% and redispersible latex powder was 1%.

摘   要:为了解决正交异性钢桥面的疲劳破坏病害,提出了一种基于免蒸养超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的钢桥面组合结构,结合实际工程给出了栓钉布置和钢筋间距的优化方案,总结了适用于钢桥面铺装的UHPC材料性能指标;对于大面积摊铺问题,设计了UHPC专用铺装施工设备,并进行了工艺性试验;通过有限元模拟分析了润扬大桥不同铺装体系下的变形情况,并与实桥监测数据进行了对比。结果表明:免蒸养UHPC结合完善的养护工艺能够抑制早期收缩裂缝的产生与发展;UHPC铺装相较于原环氧沥青混凝土铺装,钢桥面板的最大拉应变下降了53.3%,最大肋间相对挠度下降了42%;UHPC铺装能大幅提高桥面系的刚度,降低正交异性钢桥面板和铺装层的疲劳开裂风险。 Abstract: In order to solve the fatigue damage of orthotropic steel bridge deck, a composite structure of steel bridge deck based on non-steam curing ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) was proposed. According to the supporting project, the optimization scheme of stud arrangement and reinforcement spacing was proposed, and the performance indexes of UHPC material suitable for steel bridge deck pavement were summarized. For the large-area paving problem, the special paving construction equipment for UHPC was designed and the process was carried out. The deformation of Runyang Bridge under different pavement systems was analyzed by finite element method, and compared with the monitoring data of real bridge. The results show that non-steam curing UHPC combined with perfect curing technology can control the generation and development of early shrinkage cracks. Compared with the original epoxy asphalt concrete pavement, the maximum tensile strain of steel deck is reduced by 53.3%, and the maximum relative deflection between ribs is reduced by 42%. UHPC pavement system can greatly improve the stiffness of bridge deck system, and reduce the risk of fatigue cracking of orthotropic steel deck and pavement insurance.

摘 要:为解决目前混凝土早龄期变形试验方法存在的缺陷(试模及润滑油脂对混凝土收缩变形的约束、无法准确测得混凝土初凝前的变形),采用重液悬浮混凝土试件的方法来消除试模对试件的变形约束,研发了一种能准确测量混凝土早龄期变形的试验装置。结果表明:通过该试验装置测得的数据具有一定的准确性。 Abstract: In order to overcome the defects of existing test methods(mould and lubricating oil restrict shrinkage of concrete, and cannot accurately measure the deformation before the concrete initial setting), a new testing apparatus for early-age concrete unconstrained deformation was developed for using suspension heavy-liquid  in eliminating the restriction of mould. The results show that the data by testing apparatus has certain accuracy.

摘   要:开展了2根超高性能混凝土(UHPC)梁和1根钢筋混凝土(RC)梁的对比试验研究,得到了3根构件的承载力-挠度曲线、裂缝开展图和跨中截面应变图。结果表明:UHPC梁的受力过程可分为弹性阶段、裂缝开展阶段、屈服阶段和完全破坏阶段;钢纤维可以防止构件发生斜拉破坏;UHPC梁具有刚度大和延性大的特点;UHPC梁的开裂荷载高于RC梁,正截面承载力计算时不能忽略UHPC的抗拉强度。 Abstract: The comparative experimental study of two ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC) beams and one reinforced concrete(RC) beam was carried out, and the bearing capacity deflection curves, crack development diagrams and midspan section strain diagrams of the three members were obtained. The results show that the failure process of UHPC beam can be divided into elastic stage, crack development stage, yield stage and complete failure stage. Steel fiber can prevent the component from cable-stayed failure. UHPC beams have the advantages of high stiffness and good ductility. The cracking load of UHPC beam is higher than that of RC beam, and the tensile strength of UHPC cannot be ignored in the calculation of normal section bearing capacity.

摘   要:选用4种不同尺寸、材质的全灌浆套筒,人为设置缺陷,通过对接头进行单向拉伸试验,研究了缺陷对不同尺寸、材质灌浆套筒接头强度和变形性能的影响。结果表明:内端部缺陷长度3d为接头钢筋拉断和钢筋拔出的临界值,当缺陷长度≤3d时,接头钢筋被拉断,且强度符合规范要求;无缺陷时,相同材质套筒,内径越大,接头对钢筋延性的影响越小;相同尺寸套筒,钢制灌浆套筒接头的抗拉强度和最大拉力下的总伸长率高于球墨铸铁接头;当缺陷长度为4d时,3种钢制套筒接头的抗拉强度和最大拉力下的总伸长率均小于球墨铸铁套筒接头。  Abstract: Four kinds of full grouting sleeves from different manufacturers were selected, and the defects were artificially set, and the effects of defects on the strength and deformation performance of grouting sleeve joints of different sizes and materials were studied through uniaxial tensile tests on the joints. The results show that the length of the inner end defect 3d is the critical value of the joint reinforcement and the rebar pullout. When the defect length is less than or equal to 3d, the joint reinforcement is broken, and the strength meets the specification requirements. When there is no defect and the sleeve material is the same, the larger the inner diameter, the smaller the influence of the joint on the ductility of the steel bar. When the sleeve size is the same, the tensile strength and the total elongation under the maximum force of steel grouting sleeve joint are higher than those of the ductile iron joint. When the defect length is 4d, the tensile strength and the total elongation under maximum force of the three types of steel sleeve joints are less than those of ductile iron sleeve joints.

摘   要:以粒径0.5~1.0 mm的膨胀珍珠岩作为成型核,电石渣、粉煤灰、水泥、石膏、膨胀珍珠岩细粉等为基材,经混合搅拌制成混合料。采用成球盘制作直径为5~10 mm的球型骨料,静置养护后送入蒸压釜,在温度为180 ℃、压力为1 MPa的蒸压养护条件下发生水热合成反应,研制出了水热合成硅酸盐骨料。结果表明:利用研制出的堆积密度为715 kg/m3、筒压强度为12.8 MPa的人造硅酸盐骨料可以生产出各项性能满足GB/T 15229—2011《轻集料混凝土小型空心砌块》MU5.0级要求的自保温砌块。

摘   要:在文献调研的基础上,提出了一种新型装配式拱形连梁节点,并通过试验和有限元方法分析了此种节点的抗震性能。结果表明:拱形连梁和型钢连接件可以有效提高连梁端部的抗剪承载能力,提高联肢墙结构的整体抗震性能。 Abstract: On the basis of literature research, a new type of assembled arch beam joint was put forward, and its seismic performance was analyzed through experiment and finite element method. The results show that the arch girder and section steel connectors can effectively improve the shear bearing capacity of the end of the girder, and improve the overall seismic performance of the joint wall structure.

摘   要:制备了一种以高性能纤维增强水泥基复合材料为壳体、泡沫混凝土为芯体的新型复合墙板,并对其力学性能、热工性能进行了研究。结果表明:随着纤维掺量的增加,复合墙板的3 d、7 d和28 d抗折强度明显增加,7 d和28 d抗折强度均能达到20 MPa以上,极限抗弯荷载系数为9.0;空心墙板的力学性能与复合墙板基本一致;空心墙板的传热系数较高,为3.20 W/(m2·K),复合墙板的传热系数最低,为0.82 W/(m2·K)。 Abstract: A new type of composite wallboard with high-performance fiber reinforced cement-based composite materials as the shell and foamed concrete as the core was prepared, and its mechanical and thermal properties were studied. The results show that with the increase of fiber content, the 3 d, 7 d and 28 d flexural strength of the composite wallboard obviously increase, and the 7 d and 28 d flexural strength can reach more than 20 MPa, and the ultimate flexural load coefficient is 9.0. The mechanical properties of hollow wallboard and composite wallboard are basically identical. The heat transfer coefficient of hollow wallboard is higher, which is 3.20 W/(m2·K), and the heat transfer coefficient of composite wallboard is the lowest, which is 0.82 W/(m2·K).
