摘 要:基于某高速公路40 m跨线桥工程,从内、外模具设计、UHPC搅拌工艺、振捣工艺、养护工艺等方面介绍了大跨径UHPC预制U形梁的生产工艺关键技术。现场静载试验结果表明,采用该工艺生产的UHPC预制U形梁满足设计使用要求,可为相关桥梁工程用UHPC预制构件的生产提供参考。
Abstract: Based on the 40 m overpass bridge project cross a expressway, the production process key technologies of large-span UHPC prefabricated U-shaped beams from the aspects of internal and external mold design, UHPC mixing process, vibration process, maintenance process, etc. are introduced. The on-site static load test results indicate that the UHPC prefabricated U-shaped beams produced using this process meet the design requirements for use, which can provide a reference for the production of UHPC prefabricated components for related bridge projects.
