摘 要:针对农村低层框架结构房屋受力特点,研发了预制装配式混凝土基础,介绍了其与周围联系梁、上部预制混凝土柱的连接节点构造,并采用早强、高强水泥基灌浆料对预留键槽进行浇筑,实现了短时间内节点区域混凝土强度达到继续施工的要求,具有缩短工期、绿色环保等特点,可为低层装配式建筑的工业化提供参考。
Abstract: In response to the stress characteristics of low-rise frame structure houses, a prefabricated concrete foundation is developed, and its connection node structure with surrounding connecting beams and upper prefabricated concrete columns is introduced. Early strength and high-strength cement-based grouting materials are used to pour the reserved keyway, which can achieve the concrete strength in the node area to meet the requirements of continuous construction in a short period of time, and has the characteristics of shortening the construction period, green and environmental protection, which can provide a reference for the industrialization of low-rise prefabricated buildings.
