摘 要:试验研究了粉煤灰微珠和水化控制剂对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)可工作时间、黏度和强度的影响,并结合喷射混凝土大板试验,制备了适合喷射施工的喷射UHPC。结果表明:掺入0.2%的水化控制剂、200 kg/m3的粉煤灰微珠制备的喷射UHPC的工作性良好,大板切割试块28 d抗压强度为97.8 MPa,抗折强度为17.6 MPa。
The influence of fly ash microsphere and hydration control agent on the operable time, viscosity and strength of UHPC was studied. Combining with the sprayed concrete plate test, the sprayed UHPC suitable for sprayed construction was prepared. The results show that the sprayed UHPC prepared with 200 kg/m3 fly ash microspheres and 0.2% hydration control agent has good workability. The 28 d compressive strength and flexural strength of large plate cutting test blocks are 97.8 MPa and 17.6 MPa, respectively.
