摘 要:开展了2根超高性能混凝土(UHPC)梁和1根钢筋混凝土(RC)梁的对比试验研究,得到了3根构件的承载力-挠度曲线、裂缝开展图和跨中截面应变图。结果表明:UHPC梁的受力过程可分为弹性阶段、裂缝开展阶段、屈服阶段和完全破坏阶段;钢纤维可以防止构件发生斜拉破坏;UHPC梁具有刚度大和延性大的特点;UHPC梁的开裂荷载高于RC梁,正截面承载力计算时不能忽略UHPC的抗拉强度。
Abstract: The comparative experimental study of two ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC) beams and one reinforced concrete(RC) beam was carried out, and the bearing capacity deflection curves, crack development diagrams and midspan section strain diagrams of the three members were obtained. The results show that the failure process of UHPC beam can be divided into elastic stage, crack development stage, yield stage and complete failure stage. Steel fiber can prevent the component from cable-stayed failure. UHPC beams have the advantages of high stiffness and good ductility. The cracking load of UHPC beam is higher than that of RC beam, and the tensile strength of UHPC cannot be ignored in the calculation of normal section bearing capacity.
