摘 要:为研究CFRP加固再生混凝土柱的复合受扭性能,以再生混凝土强度、CFRP粘贴方式和箍筋间距为研究参数,设计并制作了4根CFRP加固再生混凝土柱,通过压弯剪扭复合受力状态下的单调加载试验,研究其破坏形态、扭矩-扭率曲线特征、延性系数,并进行了损伤演变分析。结果表明:在达到极限承载力后,CFRP布被拉断、混凝土压溃,试件破坏;采用纵贴+横贴粘贴方式加固可以更显著提升试件的复合受扭性能;提高再生混凝土强度等级可较大幅度提升试件的极限扭矩;减小箍筋间距可提高开裂扭矩和极限扭矩;粘贴方式为纵贴+横贴试件的扭转延性系数相比仅纵贴试件大幅提高;提高再生混凝土强度等级和减小箍筋间距可有效减小损伤程度,CFRP粘贴方式为纵贴+横贴的试件比仅纵贴试件的损伤程度更小。
Abstract: In order to study the composite torsional performance of recycled concrete columns strengthened by CFRP, four columns were designed and manufactured using the strength of recycled concrete, the bonding mode of CFRP and the space between stirrups as parameters. The monotone loading tests under the combined stress state of flexural, shear and torsion were carried out to study the failure modes, torque-torsion curve characteristics and ductility coefficient. The damage evolution was analyzed. The results show that when the ultimate bearing capacity is reached, the CFRP is broken, the concrete is crushed and the specimen is destroyed. The composite torsional properties of the specimens can be improved significantly by using vertical and transverse pasting. The ultimate torque of specimens can be greatly improved by increasing the strength grade of recycled concrete. Cracking torque and ultimate torque can be increased by decreasing stirrup spacing. The torsional ductility coefficient of the longitudinal pasted and transverse pasted specimens is significantly higher than that of the longitudinal pasted specimens only. Increasing the strength grade of recycled concrete and reducing the space between stirrup can effectively reduce the damage degree. The damage degree of the specimens pasted longitudinal and transverse is smaller than that of the specimens pasted longitudinal.
