摘   要:通过图像处理技术研究了影响机制砂颗粒形貌的主要因素及其与机制砂性能的相关性,分析了机制砂颗粒形貌对混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:用经过修正后的球形度指标评价机制砂颗粒形貌比圆形度更合理;使用立轴冲击破制备的机制砂颗粒形貌最好;母岩强度与颗粒形貌呈负相关关系;机制砂的球形度增加,其抵抗压碎的能力较高,且具有较低的空隙率;当球形度由53%提高至72%时,对中低强度等级机制砂混凝土的工作性改善效果显著,而对高强度等级机制砂混凝土的抗压强度改善效果显著。 Abstract: The main factors affecting the particle morphology of manufactured sand and their correlation with the performance of manufactured sand were studied through image processing technology, and the impact of manufactured sand morphology on concrete performance was analyzed. The results indicate that the modified sphericity index is more reasonable for evaluating the particle morphology of manufactured sand compared to circularity. The manufactured sand prepared by using vertical axis impact fracture has the best particle morphology. The strength of the parent rock is negatively correlated with the particle morphology. The sphericity of manufactured sand increases, resulting in higher resistance to crushing and lower porosity. When the sphericity increases from 53% to 72%, the workability of medium and low strength grade manufactured sand concrete is significantly improved, while the compressive strength of high strength grade manufactured sand concrete is significantly improved.

Abstract: The main factors affecting the particle morphology of manufactured sand and their correlation with the performance of manufactured sand were studied through image processing technology, and the impact of manufactured sand morphology on concrete performance was analyzed. (1)使用修正后的球形度评价机制砂的颗粒形貌,数据偏差程度较小,稳定性较好,具有一定可重复性和可靠性,用球形度评价颗粒形貌比圆形度更加合理。
(2)使用立轴冲击破制备的机制砂颗粒形貌最好,反击破或锤破次之,鄂破最差,不适用于制备机制砂。
(3)机制砂的母岩强度越高,球形度越低;机制砂的球形度与空隙率、压碎值均呈负相关关系,即球形度越高,空隙率越低,压碎值越低。
(4)机制砂的球形度增加,有利于改善机制砂混凝土的工作性和力学性能,对于中低强度等级机制砂混凝土工作性的改善更显著,而对高强度等级机制砂混凝土抗压强度的改善更显著。
(5)当对机制砂混凝土流动性或强度有较高要求时,宜使用球形度较高的机制砂制备混凝土,且该机制砂宜通过立轴冲击式破碎机制备。
