摘   要:基于净浆扩展度试验研究了不同超细石粉掺量(0、15%、30%、45%、60%)对自密实混凝土(SCC)净浆基本需水率和水量敏感系数的影响。结果表明:随着石粉掺量的增大,SCC净浆的基本需水率逐渐增大;SCC净浆的等效堆积密实度随着石粉掺量的增大而逐渐减小;SCC净浆的基本需水率和等效堆积密实度与混合粉体的比表面积呈显著的线性关系;SCC净浆的水量敏感系数随石粉掺量的增加先略有上升,但当石粉掺量超过15%后,其水量敏感系数呈现缓慢下降趋势,当石粉掺量达到45%时,下降到最小值,之后随石粉掺量继续增加,SCC净浆的水量敏感系数又呈显著增大趋势。 Abstract: The effects of different limestone powder contents(0, 15%, 30%, 45% and 60%) on the basic water demand rate and water sensitivity coefficient of self-compacting concrete(SCC) were studied by using the mini-slump flow test. The results show that as the content of limestone powder increases, so does the basic water demand rate, while the equivalent packing density of SCC paste decreases. The basic water demand rate and the equivalent packing density of SCC paste have a significant linear relationship with the specific surface area of the mixed powder. When the limestone powder content exceeds 15%, the water sensitivity coefficient of SCC paste increases slightly and then gradually decreases, and reaches a minimum value when the limestone powder content reaches 45%. The SCC paste’s water sensitivity coefficient then rises sharply as the limestone powder content is significantly increased.

摘   要:基于净浆扩展度试验研究了不同超细石粉掺量(0、15%、30%、45%、60%)对自密实混凝土(SCC)净浆基本需水率和水量敏感系数的影响。结果表明:随着石粉掺量的增大,SCC净浆的基本需水率逐渐增大;SCC净浆的等效堆积密实度随着石粉掺量的增大而逐渐减小;SCC净浆的基本需水率和等效堆积密实度与混合粉体的比表面积呈显著的线性关系;SCC净浆的水量敏感系数随石粉掺量的增加先略有上升,但当石粉掺量超过15%后,其水量敏感系数呈现缓慢下降趋势,当石粉掺量达到45%时,下降到最小值,之后随石粉掺量继续增加,SCC净浆的水量敏感系数又呈显著增大趋势。

Abstract: The effects of different limestone powder contents(0, 15%, 30%, 45% and 60%) on the basic water demand rate and water sensitivity coefficient of self-compacting concrete(SCC) were studied by using the mini-slump flow test. The results show that as the content of limestone powder increases, so does the basic water demand rate, while the equivalent packing density of SCC paste decreases. The basic water demand rate and the equivalent packing density of SCC paste have a significant linear relationship with the specific surface area of the mixed powder. When the limestone powder content exceeds 15%, the water sensitivity coefficient of SCC paste increases slightly and then gradually decreases, and reaches a minimum value when the limestone powder content reaches 45%. The SCC paste’s water sensitivity coefficient then rises sharply as the limestone powder content is significantly increased.
