摘 要:采用正交试验分析了聚合物改性水泥砂浆与混凝土板的黏结强度,研究了水胶比、聚胶比、砂胶比及矿物掺合料取代率对黏结强度的影响,并用正交表L16(45)进行了试验配合比设计。结果表明:正交试验直观分析法与方差分析法结论一致,水胶比、聚胶比、砂胶比对黏结强度的影响显著,而矿物掺合料取代率的影响较小;影响显著性顺序为水胶比>砂胶比>聚胶比;聚合物改性水泥砂浆的最优配合比为:水胶比0.25、聚胶比0.05、砂胶比1.5、矿物掺合料取代率20%,此时黏结强度较高。
Abstract: Orthogonal experiments were used to analyze the bonding strength between polymer modified cement mortar and concrete slabs. The effects of water-binder ratio, polymer-binder ratio, sand-binder ratio, and mineral admixture substitution rate on the bonding strength were studied. Orthogonal experiment L16(45) was used for mix proportion design. The results show that the conclusions of the orthogonal experimental intuitive analysis method and the analysis of variance method are consistent. The water-binder ratio, polymer-binder ratio, and sand-binder ratio have a significant impact on the bonding strength, but the influence of mineral admixture substitution rate on the bonding strength can be ignored. The order of significance of the impact is water-binder ratio>sand-binder ratio>polymer-binder ratio. The optimal mix proportion for polymer modified cement mortar is water-binder ratio of 0.25, polymer-binder ratio of 0.05, sand-binder ratio of 1.5, and mineral admixture substitution rate of 20%, At this point, the bonding strength of the interface is relatively high.
