摘   要:为了提高铝土尾矿泥(以下简称尾泥)的资源化利用率,根据含水量对广西某岩溶洼地型排泥库的尾泥状态进行了分类,研究了不同状态尾泥对W4密度等级泡沫混凝土工作性、力学性能、体积吸水率和孔结构的影响,并进行了微观分析。结果表明:尾泥状态大致分为可塑态、软塑态、流塑态和高流塑态;采用软塑态尾泥制备的泡沫混凝土性能不满足相关标准要求;采用流塑态和高流塑态尾泥制备的泡沫混凝土性能基本一致,且满足相关标准要求。 Abstract: In order to improve the resource utilization rate of alumina tailings mud, the alumina tailings mud of a mud dump in a karst depression in Guangxi was classified based on the moisture content. The effects of alumina tailings mud in different states on workability, mechanical properties, volume water absorption rate and pore structure of W4 density grade foamed concrete were studied, and the microscopic analysis was carried out. The results show that the alumina tailings mud can be roughly divided into plastic state, soft plastic state, flow plastic state and high flow plastic state. The performance of foamed concrete prepared with soft plastic alumina tailings mud does not meet the requirements of relevant standards. The performance of foamed concrete prepared with flow plastic and high flow plastic alumina tailings mud is basically the same, and meets the requirements of relevant standards.

Abstract: In order to improve the resource utilization rate of alumina tailings mud, the alumina tailings mud of a mud dump in a karst depression in Guangxi was classified based on the moisture content. The effects of alumina tailings mud in different states on workability, mechanical properties, volume water absorption rate and pore structure of W4 density grade foamed concrete were studied, and the microscopic analysis was carried out. (1)根据含水量可将尾泥状态大致分为:可塑态(30%≤含水量<50%)、软塑态(50%≤含水量<70%)、流塑态(70%≤含水量<100%)、高流塑态(含水量≥100%)。
(2)用软塑态尾泥制备的泡沫混凝土的流动性最差,流动度仅为143 mm,不满足相关标准要求,故软塑态尾泥不宜直接用于制备泡沫混凝土。
(3)用流塑态、高流塑态尾泥制备的泡沫混凝土的性能(流动度、无侧限抗压强度、体积吸水率和孔结构)与用干尾泥制备的泡沫混凝土的性能基本一致,且满足相关标准要求,说明流塑态、高流塑态尾泥可直接用于制备泡沫混凝土,避免了尾泥的固化、干燥等过程,有效节约了尾泥的综合利用成本、提高了利用效率。
