摘 要:针对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)因胶凝材料用量大、水胶比小导致的体积稳定性问题,采用0、5%、10%、15%、20%陶粒等体积取代细骨料,制备了一种陶粒内养护UHPC,研究了陶粒取代率对UHPC工作性、力学性能、体积稳定性的影响,并运用压汞法、XPS、SEM微观测试方法分析了陶粒对UHPC微观结构的影响。结果表明:陶粒在胶凝材料水化过程中因内部相对湿度差释放水分,促进了水化反应,提高了水化产物的数量,增加了结构的致密性,改善了UHPC的力学性能、体积稳定性和孔结构;但当陶粒超过一定掺量时,也会带来不利影响。
Abstract: Aiming at the volume stability problem of ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) caused by large amount of cementitious materials and small water binder ratio, a ceramsite self-curing UHPC was prepared by using the volume method of 0, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% ceramsite instead of fine aggregate. The influence of ceramsite on the workability, mechanical properties and volume stability of UHPC was studied. The microstructure of UHPC was analyzed by mercury injection method, XPS and SEM. The results show that the ceramsite releases water driven by the internal relative humidity difference in the hydration process of cementitious materials, which promotes the hydration reaction, improves the amout of hydration products, increases the compactness of structure, and improves the mechanical properties, volume stability and pore structure of UHPC. When the amount of ceramsite is high, it can bring adverse effects.
