摘 要:通过混凝土非接触式电阻率测量技术,研究了钙铝石(C12A7)掺量(0、2.5%、5.0%、7.5%)对普通硅酸盐水泥浆体电阻率及电阻率特性的影响,并计算了水泥浆体完全水化时的极限电阻率值。结果表明:C12A7能够促进离子沉淀和水化产物的生成,加快AFt向AFm的转变,使浆体较早进入硬化期和离子扩散阶段;当C12A7掺量不超过5.0%时,浆体的电阻率随C12A7掺量的增加而增大;当C12A7掺量从5.0%增加到7.5%时,浆体的电阻率反而减小。
Abstract: The effect of mayenite(C12A7) content(0, 2.5%, 5.0%, 7.5%)on the resistivity and resistivity characteristics of the ordinary Portland cement pastes was investigated by the meaning of non-contact resistivity measurement techniques for concrete, and the limiting resistivity values were calculated when the cement paste was fully hydrated. The results show that C12A7 can promote the generation of ionic precipitation and hydration products, and accelerate the transition from AFt to AFm, allowing the pastes to enter the hardening stage and ion diffusion stage earlier. When the dosage of C12A7 does not exceed 5.0%, the resistivity of the pastes increases with the increase of C12A7. When the dosage of C12A7 increases from 5.0% to 7.5%, the resistivity of the paste decreases instead.
