摘 要:以普通硅酸盐水泥为主要胶凝材料制备了一种水下不分散灌浆料,选取硅酸盐水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥和无水石膏的三元胶凝体系,采用单因素试验法,研究了水料比、高分子絮凝剂掺量、聚羧酸减水剂粉末掺量这3个关键因素对水下不分散灌浆料流动度、抗分散性、抗压强度的影响,确定出了最佳掺量。结果表明:当水料比为0.14、高分子絮凝剂掺量为0.15%、聚羧酸减水剂粉末掺量为0.55%时,水下不分散灌浆料的初始流动度为258 mm,30 min流动度为256 mm;7 d、28 d水下抗压强度分别为35.76 MPa、53.09 MPa;水下抗分散性为Ⅰ,水下不分散灌浆料的水下抗分散性好,可用于C40混凝土修补加固。
Abstract: An anti-washout underwater grout material was prepared with ordinary Portland cement as the main cementitious material. The ternary cementitious system of Portland cement, sulphoaluminate cement, anhydrite was selected. The single factor test method was used to study the influence of the three key factors, namely, the water to material ratio, the content of polymer flocculant, and the content of polycarboxylate superplasticizer powder, on the fluidity, anti dispersibility, and compressive strength of anti-washout underwater grout material, and the optimal content was determined. The results show that when the water to material ratio is 0.14, the content of polymer flocculant is 0.15%, and the content of polycarboxylate superplasticizer powder is 0.55%, the initial flowability of the anti-washout underwater grout material is 258 mm, and the flowability is 256 mm after 30 min. The underwater compressive strength at 7 d and 28 d is 35.76 MPa and 53.09 MPa, respectively. The underwater anti dispersibility is I, and the anti-washout underwater grout material has good underwater anti dispersibility, which can be used for repairing and strengthening C40 concrete.
