摘   要:研究了钢纤维体积掺量(2.5%、3.3%、4.1%)和粉煤灰掺量(10%、15%、20%)对桥梁内衬混凝土工作性及力学性能的影响,采用数字图像处理法量化分析了钢纤维在混凝土中的分布均匀度与饱和度。结果表明:随着钢纤维体积掺量的增加,混凝土的工作性基本呈降低趋势,但其抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度增大;随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,混凝土的工作性和力学性能基本均呈下降趋势;钢纤维的分布均匀度和饱和度随着其体积掺量的增加而增大,并与混凝土的力学性能呈正相关关系。 Abstract: The effects of steel fiber volume contents(2.5%, 3.3%, 4.1%) and fly ash contents(10%, 15%, 20%) on the workability and mechanical properties of lining concrete for bridge were studied. The distribution uniformity and saturation of steel fiber in concrete were quantitatively analyzed by using digital image processing method. The results show that with the increase of steel fiber volume content, the workability of concrete shows a decreasing trend, while the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength increase. With the increase of fly ash content, the workability and mechanical properties of concrete show a decreasing trend. The distribution uniformity and saturation of steel fibers increase with the increase of steel fiber volume content, and are positively correlated with the mechanical properties of concrete.

摘   要:研究了钢纤维体积掺量(2.5%、3.3%、4.1%)和粉煤灰掺量(10%、15%、20%)对桥梁内衬混凝土工作性及力学性能的影响,采用数字图像处理法量化分析了钢纤维在混凝土中的分布均匀度与饱和度。结果表明:随着钢纤维体积掺量的增加,混凝土的工作性基本呈降低趋势,但其抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度增大;随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,混凝土的工作性和力学性能基本均呈下降趋势;钢纤维的分布均匀度和饱和度随着其体积掺量的增加而增大,并与混凝土的力学性能呈正相关关系。

Abstract: The effects of steel fiber volume contents(2.5%, 3.3%, 4.1%) and fly ash contents(10%, 15%, 20%) on the workability and mechanical properties of lining concrete for bridge were studied. The distribution uniformity and saturation of steel fiber in concrete were quantitatively analyzed by using digital image processing method. The results show that with the increase of steel fiber volume content, the workability of concrete shows a decreasing trend, while the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength increase. With the increase of fly ash content, the workability and mechanical properties of concrete show a decreasing trend. The distribution uniformity and saturation of steel fibers increase with the increase of steel fiber volume content, and are positively correlated with the mechanical properties of concrete.

(1)随着钢纤维掺量和粉煤灰掺量的增加,混凝土的工作性基本呈降低趋势。
(2)随着钢纤维掺量的增加,混凝土的28 d抗压及劈裂抗拉强度增大。随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,混凝土的28 d抗压及劈裂抗拉强度降低。
(3)随着钢纤维掺量的增加,钢纤维的分布范围逐渐扩大,分布均匀度和饱和度也逐渐增大,说明钢纤维的分布均匀性变好。随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,钢纤维的分布范围和分布饱和度基本先增大后减小,但分布均匀度逐渐降低,最终表现为钢纤维的分布均匀性变差。
(4)在设计钢纤维混凝土时,应以其工作性作为首要控制条件,在此基础上,采取适当措施来进一步提高钢纤维混凝土的综合性能。
