摘 要:利用镍渣作为粗骨料制备了镍渣植生混凝土,研究了镍渣粒径、水灰比、骨灰比对镍渣植生混凝土抗压强度、孔隙率、透水系数和pH值的影响,分析了不同养护方式(自然养护、喷洒硫酸亚铁溶液并覆膜保湿养护)下,狗牙根和果岭草在镍渣植生混凝土中的生长情况。结果表明:随着水灰比的增加,试件的抗压强度先增大后减小,孔隙率和透水系数增大,pH值减小;随着镍渣粒径的减小,试件的抗压强度增大,孔隙率和透水系数减小,pH值基本不变;随着骨灰比的增大,试件的抗压强度减小,孔隙率和透水系数增大,pH值基本不变;与自然养护相比,喷洒硫酸亚铁溶液并覆膜保湿养护后,镍渣植生混凝土的碱度降低,狗牙根和果岭草的生长情况较好,其中,狗牙根的发芽情况和生长高度比果岭草更好。
Abstract: Nickel slag green-growing concrete was prepared by using nickel slag as coarse aggregates. The effects of nickel slag particle size, water-cement ratio, and aggregate-cement ratio on the compressive strength, porosity, permeability coefficient, and pH value of nickel slag green-growing concrete were studied. The growth of bermuda grass and green grass in nickel slag green-growing concrete was analyzed under different curing methods (natural curing, spraying ferrous sulfate solution and covering with film for moisture curing). The results show that as the water-cement ratio increases, the compressive strength of the specimen first increases and then decreases, the porosity and permeability coefficient increase, and the pH value decreases. As the particle size of nickel slag decreases, the compressive strength of the specimen increases, the porosity and permeability coefficient decrease, and the pH value remains basically unchanged. As the aggregate-cement ratio increases, the compressive strength of the specimen decreases, the porosity and permeability coefficient increase, and the pH value remains basically unchanged. Compared with natural curing, spraying ferrous sulfate solution and covering with film for moisture curing results in a decrease in alkalinity of nickel slag planting concrete, and better growth of bermuda grass and green grass. Among them, bermuda grass has better germination and growth height than those of green grass.
