摘 要:将适量花岗岩锯泥分别与机制砂或河砂复配制成了混合砂,并等质量替代100%细骨料,研究了标准养护条件下花岗岩锯泥等质量替代100%粉煤灰对C30、C40混凝土工作性和力学性能的影响,对比分析了常压蒸汽养护和压蒸养护条件下,花岗岩锯泥等质量替代100%石英粉对C80管桩混凝土力学性能的影响,并进行了微观分析。结果表明:在标准养护条件下,花岗岩锯泥对C30、C40混凝土的坍落度和抗压强度影响较小;在常压蒸汽养护条件下,掺入花岗岩锯泥后,C80管桩混凝土的抗压强度变化不大,花岗岩锯泥呈惰性,主要起填充作用;与常压蒸汽养护条件相比,压蒸养护条件下C80管桩混凝土的抗压强度大幅提高,石英粉和花岗岩锯泥具有填充效应和一定的活性效应,其中的SiO2会与钙质材料发生水热合成反应,生成C-S-H(B)型水化硅酸钙和托贝莫来石。
Abstract: The suitable content of granite saw-mud was mixed with machine-made sand or river sand to produce mixed sand, and replacing all fine aggregates. The effects of replacing all fly ash with granite saw-mud under standard curing conditions on the workability and mechanical properties of C30 and C40 concrete were studied. The effects of replacing all quartz powder with granite saw-mud under atmospheric steam curing and autoclave curing conditions on the mechanical properties of C80 pipe pile concrete were compared and analyzed, and the microscopic analysis was conducted. The results show that under standard curing conditions, the impact of granite saw-mud on the slump and compressive strength of C30 and C40 concrete is relatively small. Under atmospheric steam curing conditions, the compressive strength of C80 pipe pile concrete show little change after adding granite saw-mud, and the granite saw-mud is in an inert state and mainly plays a filling role. Compared with atmospheric steam curing conditions, the compressive strength of C80 pipe pile concrete under autoclave curing conditions is significantly improved, and the quartz powder and granite saw-mud have filling and certain activity effects, and the SiO2 in them will undergo hydrothermal synthesis reaction with calcium materials to generate C-S-H(B) type hydrated calcium silicate and tobermorite.
