摘 要:将石材(大理石、花岗岩)加工过程中产生的废浆经烘干、粉磨后得到石粉,测试了石粉的颗粒特性,研究了不同石粉掺量(0~30%)下,M5强度等级薄层砂浆的最低纤维素醚掺量,在此基础上,分析了石粉掺量对砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:大理石粉的矿物成分主要为方解石,花岗岩粉的矿物成分主要为石英、长石和云母;两种石粉的粒径分布范围主要在0~30 μm之间,其中,大理石粉整体上较细且均匀,而花岗岩粉中存在一定数量棱角明显的大颗粒;在砂浆保水率满足≥99%的条件下,石粉掺量越大,最低纤维素醚掺量越小;在最低纤维素醚掺量下,石粉掺量越大,砂浆的14 d黏结强度越小,掺大理石粉砂浆的28 d抗压强度越小,掺花岗岩粉砂浆的28 d抗压强度越大;掺入适量石粉降低了砂浆的28 d收缩率。
Abstract: The waste slurry generated during the stone(marble and granite) processing was dried and ground to obtain stone powder, and the particle characteristics of the stone powder were tested, and the minimum cellulose ether content of M5 strength grade thin layer mortar was studied under different stone powder contents (0~30%). Based on this, the influence of stone powder content on the mortar performance was analyzed. The results show that the mineral composition of marble powder is mainly calcite, while the mineral composition of granite powder is mainly quartz, feldspar and mica. The particle size distribution range of two types of stone powder mainly ranges from 0 to 30 μm, and marble powder is generally fine and uniform, while granite powder contains a certain number of large particles with obvious edges and corners. When the water retention rate of mortar is ≥99%, the higher the content of stone powder, the smaller the minimum content of cellulose ether. At the lowest content of cellulose ether, the higher the content of stone powder, the lower the 14 d bonding strength of the mortar, the lower the 28 d compressive strength of the mortar mixed with marble powder, and the higher the 28 d compressive strength of the mortar mixed with granite powder. Adding an appropriate content of stone powder reduces the 28 d shrinkage rate of the mortar.
