摘 要:研究了电解锰渣等质量替代0、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%水泥对混凝土抗压强度的影响,采用核磁共振技术分析了掺电解锰渣混凝土微观孔隙的发育规律。结果表明:掺入电解锰渣后,混凝土的抗压强度降低;随着龄期的延长,掺电解锰渣混凝土的抗压强度基本呈先小幅降低后增大的趋势;随着电解锰渣掺量的增加,T2谱图的面积增大,试件的孔隙率增大。
Abstract: The effects of replacing 0, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% cement with electrolytic manganese slag on the compressive strength of concrete were studied, and the development law of micro pores in concrete mixed with electrolytic manganese slag was analyzed by using nuclear magnetic resonance technology. The results show that after adding electrolytic manganese slag, the compressive strength of concrete decreases. With the increase of age, the compressive strength of concrete mixed with electrolytic manganese slag shows a trend of initially decreasing slightly and then increasing. As the content of electrolytic manganese slag increases, the area of T2 spectrum increases, and the porosity of the specimen increases.
