摘   要:依托海太过江通道工程,研究了盾构砂对减水剂吸附行为、水泥砂浆流变性能的影响。结果表明:盾构砂的掺入降低了水泥砂浆的流变性能;与轻度交联的PCE-1相比,盾构砂中粒径≤75 μm的细粉颗粒对常规型聚羧酸减水剂(PCE-0)的吸附作用更强;PCE-1具有较好的黏土耐受性和水泥分散能力,对水泥砂浆流动性的改善效果比PCE-0好;掺盾构砂砂浆体系较好地符合Herschel-Bulkley模型,在相同流动性条件下,盾构砂的掺入使减水剂需求量增加,且随着盾构砂掺量的增加,减水剂用量增大,表观黏度及残余黏度均增大,剪切增稠行为更显著。 Abstract: Based on the Haitai river crossing project, the effect of shield sand on the adsorption behavior of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and the rheological properties of cement mortar was studied. The results show that the incorporation of shield sand reduces the rheological properties of cement mortar. The microfines with particle size≤75 μm in shield sand have a stronger adsorption effect on conventional polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE-0) compared with lightly crosslinked PCE-1. The PCE-1 has good clay tolerance and cement dispersibility, and the effect on improving the fluidity of cement mortar is better than that of PCE-0. The shield mortar system conforms to the Herschel-Bulkley model well. Under the same fluidity conditions, shield sand increases the demand for polycarboxylate superplasticizer, and the polycarboxylate superplasticizer content increases with the increase of shield sand content, and the apparent viscosity and the residual viscosity increase, and the shear thickening behavior is more significantly.

Abstract: Based on the Haitai river crossing project, the effect of shield sand on the adsorption behavior of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and the rheological properties of cement mortar was studied. The results show that the incorporation of shield sand reduces the rheological properties of cement mortar. (1)盾构砂中所含细粉颗粒降低了水泥净浆的流动度。与PCE-1相比,PCE-0更易吸附在细粉颗粒表面,PCE-0在细粉颗粒上的吸附量达到平衡时为62.3 mg/g,PCE-1在细粉颗粒上的吸附量达到平衡时仅为18.9 mg/g。
(2)细粉颗粒对PCE的吸附作用较强,从而影响其在混凝土中的分散性能。轻度交联的PCE-1 较PCE-0表现出更好的分散性能,具有较高的黏土耐受性和较好的水泥分散能力。
(3)掺盾构砂水泥砂浆的流变行为较好地符合H-B模型;随着盾构砂掺量的增加,PCE用量增加,相同PCE掺量条件下,盾构砂掺量增加会使水泥砂浆的流动度降低。
(4)水泥砂浆的流变性能可由屈服应力、流变指数、表观黏度、残余黏度表征。随着PCE-1掺量的增加,水泥砂浆的屈服应力呈下降趋势,流变指数增大,流动性增大;随着盾构砂掺量的增加,水泥砂浆的表观黏度及残余黏度基本呈增大趋势,剪切增稠行为更显著。
