摘   要:针对目前国内预制混凝土板自动化流水生产线存在的问题(主辅工位数量不匹配、设备瓶颈多、养护效率低、设备利用率低、难以实现柔性生产等),研发了脉动式预制混凝土板柔性生产线。实际生产表明,采用该生产线,预制混凝土板的生产效率比传统流水生产线提高了3倍以上。同时,该生产线具有生产成本低、土地利用率高、设备坪效比高等优势,可进一步推广应用。 Abstract: Aiming at the problems existing in the automatic flow production line for precast concrete slab(the number mismatch between main operation stations and auxiliary stations, many equipment bottlenecks, low standard maintenance efficiency, low utilization rate of equipment, and difficulty in flexible production), a three-dimensional pulsating flexible production line for precast concrete slab was developed. The actual production shows that the production efficiency of precast concrete slab with the flexiable production line can be increased by more than 3 times compared with that of the traditional production line. At the same time, it has the advantages of low production cost, high land utilization rate and high equipment ground effect ratio, which can be further promoted and applied.

摘   要:研究了石粉含量对预制沉管机制砂混凝土工作性、力学性能等的影响。结果表明:石粉含量过大会导致混凝土拌和物含气量下降、黏聚性提高、流动性降低;石粉在混凝土中主要起填充作用,当石粉含量在10%左右时,混凝土的力学性能和抗氯离子渗透性较好;石粉含量过大会导致混凝土塑性开裂敏感性提高,但在合适养护条件下,机制砂可提高混凝土的抗裂性能;混凝土的干燥收缩率随石粉含量和龄期增加而上升,石粉含量为10%时,混凝土的60 d干燥收缩率为311×10-6;石粉对引气高性能混凝土抗冻性的影响不显著,但随石粉含量增加而下降。 Abstract: The effect of stone powder on the workability and mechanical properties of precast immersed tube manufactured-sand concrete was studied. The results show that stone powder reduces the entrained air content of concrete, increases cohesiveness and reduces fluidity. Stone powder primarily plays a role of micro-aggregate filling. When the stone powder content is about 10%, the mechanical performance and the resistance to chloride ion diffusion are the best. Stone powder enhances the plastic cracking sensitivity of concrete, but the manufactured sand is beneficial to advance the crack resistance of concrete under good curing. The drying shrinkage rate of concrete rises with stone powder content increasing. When the stone powder content is 10%, the 60 d drying shrinkage rate is 311×10-6. The influence of stone powder on the frost resistance of air-entrained high performance concrete is not significant, but it appears to decrease with the increase of stone powder content.

摘   要: 提出了一种构造简单的基于施工需求设计的预应力叠合梁,借助常见的混凝土框架案例,构筑了依托预应力叠合梁、板组成的施工免支撑结构方案,介绍了该种预应力叠合梁的计算控制要点,可为预应力叠合梁在装配式框架结构中的应用提供参考。 Abstract: A prestressed composite beam designed based on construction requirements with a simple structure is put forward. With the help of common concrete frame cases, the construction free support structure system based on prestressed composite beam and slab is constructed, and the calculation control points of the prestressed composite beam are introduced, which can provide a reference for the application of prestressed composite beams in prefabricated frame structures.
