摘 要:通过调整胶凝材料组分和总量、机制砂石粉含量等,研究了桥梁用机制砂混凝土的工作性、力学性能、耐久性能。结果表明:当m粉煤灰∶m矿粉为7∶4、胶凝材料总量为400 kg/m3、石粉含量为8%时,所制备的桥梁用机制砂混凝土的初始坍落度和扩展度可达250 mm和630 mm,且经时损失较小,可实现自密实浇筑,60 d抗压强度为70 MPa,28 d碳化深度仅为5.8 mm,56 d电通量为582 C,综合性能良好。
Abstract: The influence of cementitious material composition, total amount of cementitious material and stone powder content of manufactured sand on the workability, mechanical properties and durability of manufactured sand concrete for bridge was studied. The results show that when mfly ash∶mmineral powder is 7∶4, the total amount of cementitious material is 400 kg/m3, and the content of stone powder is 8%, the initial slump and expansion of the prepared manufactured sand concrete for bridge can reach 250 mm and 630 mm, and the loss is small over time, which can realize the self compacting pouring, the 60 d compressive strength is 70 MPa, and the 28 d carbonation depth is only 5.8 mm, the 56 d electric flux is 582 C. The comprehensive performance of manufactured sand concrete for bridge is good.
