摘 要:通过单因素试验研究了剑麻纤维掺量(0、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%)、粉煤灰掺量(30%、40%、50%、60%)、水胶比(0.25、0.30、0.35、040)和砂胶比(0.3、0.4、0.5、0.6)对ECC抗渗性能的影响。结果表明:随着剑麻纤维掺量、水胶比和砂胶比的增加,试件的抗渗性能先提高后降低;随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,试件的抗渗性能下降;最佳的剑麻纤维掺量、粉煤灰掺量、水胶比和砂胶比分别为0.5%、30%、0.30和0.4。
Abstract: The effects of sisal fiber contents(0, 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%), fly ash contents(30%, 40%, 50%, 60%), water-cement ratio(0.25, 0.30, 0.35, 040) and sand-cement ratio(0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6) on the impermeability of ECC were studied through single factor experiments. The results show that with the increase of sisal fiber content, water-cement ratio and sand-cement ratio, the impermeability of the specimen first increases and then decreases. With the increase of fly ash content, the impermeability of the specimen decreases. The optimal values for sisal fiber content, fly ash content, water-cement ratio and sand-cement ratio are 0.5%, 30%, 0.30 and 0.4, respectively.
