摘 要:针对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)在铁路隧道衬砌加固中的应用,介绍了模板支护现浇法和预制装配式套拱法两种施工方法,并对比分析了两种施工方法的施工工艺流程和施工技术要点。结果表明:模板支护现浇法的适用范围较广,但对施工环境、施工技术要求较高,且工期较长;预制装配式套拱法施工时不受环境影响,工期较短,但成本相对较高。
Abstract: For the application of ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) in the lining reinforcement of railway tunnels, two construction methods of formwork-supported cast-in-place method and prefabricated supporting arch method are introduced, and the construction process and technical points of the two construction methods are compared and analyzed. The results show that the formwork-supported cast-in-place method has a wider range of application, but it has higher requirements for construction environment and construction technology, and has longer construction period. The prefabricated supporting arch method is not affected by the environment, and the construction period is shorter, but the cost is higher.
