摘 要:将废弃混凝土制成再生骨料(再生砂和再生石)和再生微粉,研究了再生骨料等体积取代0~100%的天然骨料和再生微粉等质量取代0~20%的水泥对混凝土性能的影响,并进行了微观分析。结果表明:再生骨料的掺入降低了混凝土的工作性,而再生微粉对混凝土工作性的影响不大;掺入适量再生骨料可在一定程度上提高混凝土的抗压强度;仅用再生石取代部分天然石时,再生石的最佳掺量为60%;仅用再生砂取代部分机制砂时,再生砂的最佳掺量为80%;随着再生微粉掺量的增加,试件的抗压强度先增大后减小,最佳掺量为5%。
Abstract: The waste concrete was made into recycled aggregates(recycled sand and recycled stone) and recycled powder, and the effects of replacing 0~100% natural aggregates with recycled aggregates and replacing 0~20% cement with recycled powder on the performance of concrete were studied, and the microscopic analysis was conducted. The results show that the addition of recycled aggregates reduces the workability of concrete, while the influence of recycled powder on the workability of concrete is not significant. Adding an appropriate content of recycled aggregates can improve the compressive strength of concrete to a certain extent. When only using recycled stone to replace some natural stone, the optimal content of recycled stone is 60%. When only using recycled sand to replace some manufactured sand, the optimal content of recycled sand is 80%. As the content of recycled powder increases, the compressive strength of the specimen first increases and then decreases, and the optimal content of recycled powder is 5%.
