摘 要:为实现航道整治废弃砂的再利用,将泰州长江航道整治工程的疏浚超细砂与机制砂混合作为细骨料,研究了疏浚超细砂的掺量(0、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%)对混凝土工作性和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:随着疏浚超细砂掺量的增加,混凝土的坍落度降低,抗压强度基本呈先增大后减小再增大的趋势;综合考虑混凝土的工作性和抗压强度,建议疏浚超细砂的掺量不超过10%。
Abstract: In order to realize the reuse of waste sand for waterway improvement, dredged ultra-fine sand from Taizhou Yangtze River Waterway Improvement Project was mixed with manufactured sand as fine aggregates, and the effects of the content of dredged ultra-fine sand (0, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%) on the workability and compressive strength of concrete were studied. The results show that with the increase of dredged ultra-fine sand content, the slump of concrete decreases, and the compressive strength basically shows a trend of first increasing, then decreasing and then increasing. Taking into account the workability and compressive strength of concrete, it is recommended that the content of dredged ultra-fine sand should not be more than 10%.
