摘 要:为了提高装配式构件的早期强度,加快模具的周转率,采用3因素3水平正交试验,研究了无水硫酸钠、甲酸钙和偏铝酸钠三种早强剂的复掺类型、复掺比例对装配式构件混凝土坍落度和力学性能的影响,并得到了优化后的最佳配合比。结果表明:早强剂的复掺会降低混凝土的坍落度和凝结时间,提高早期强度;综合考虑,确定无水硫酸钠、甲酸钙、偏铝酸钠的最佳掺量分别为0.3%、0.4%、0.1%。
Abstract: In order to improve the early strength of prefabricated components and accelerate mold turnover rate, a 3-factor and 3-level orthogonal test method was used to analyze the effects of type and proportion of three types of early strength agents(anhydrous sodium sulfate, calcium formate, sodium metaaluminate) on the slump and mechanical properties of concrete, and the optimized optimal mix proportion was obtained. The results show that the addition of early strength agents can reduce the slump and setting time of concrete, and improve early strength. After comprehensive consideration, the optimal content of anhydrous sodium sulfate, calcium formate and sodium metaaluminate is 0.3%, 0.4% and 0.1%, respectively.
