摘 要:对比研究了木质纤维、聚丙烯纤维和钢纤维的体积掺量(0、0.3%、0.6%1.0%)对再生骨料透水砖力学性能和透水系数的影响,并进行了试生产。结果表明:随着纤维掺量的增加,3种纤维增强再生骨料透水砖的劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度基本均呈增大趋势,且钢纤维的提高效果最好,其次是聚丙烯纤维,最后是木质纤维;掺入纤维虽然降低了再生骨料透水砖的透水系数,但仍满足国标中B级透水系数(≥1.0×10-2 cm/s)要求;聚丙烯纤维增强再生骨料透水砖的试生产效果良好。
Abstract: The effects of volume content of wood fiber, polypropylene fiber and steel fiber(0, 0.3%, 0.6% 1.0%) on the mechanical properties and permeability coefficient of recycled aggregate permeable bricks were compared and studied, and the trial production was conducted. The results show that with the increase of fiber content, the splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of three types of fiber reinforced recycled aggregate permeable bricks show an increasing trend, and steel fiber has the best improvement effect, followed by polypropylene fiber and finally wood fiber. Although the addition of fiber reduces the permeability coefficient of recycled aggregate permeable bricks, it still meets the B level permeability coefficient (≥1.0×10-2 cm/s) requirement of national standard. The trial production effect of polypropylene fiber reinforced recycled aggregate permeable bricks is good.
