摘 要:为了探究高温下硫铝酸盐水泥混凝土的劣化规律及机理,研究了高温对不同水灰比、不同龄期的硫铝酸盐水泥混凝土抗压强度、剩余质量比率、试件爆裂率、红外温升、超声波脉冲速度的影响。结果表明:400 ℃及以上时,试件表面产生明显的裂缝,并发生爆裂现象,温度越高,爆裂率越高;试件的抗压强度和质量均随着温度的升高而降低, 水灰比越低,龄期越长,抗压强度损失越大,但质量损失越小;试件的超声波脉冲速度、红外升温速率和抗压强度的线性回归结果较好。
Abstract: In order to study the deterioration law and mechanism of sulphoaluminate cement concrete under high temperature, the effects of high temperature on the compressive strength, residual mass ratio, specimen burst rate, infrared temperature rise, ultrasonic pulse speed of sulfoaluminate cement concrete with different water cement ratios and different ages were studied. The results show that when the temperature is 400 ℃ or above, obvious cracks appear on the surface of the specimens and burst occurs, and the higher the temperature, the higher the burst rate. The compressive strength and mass of the specimens decrease with the increase of temperature. The lower the water cement ratio and the longer the age, the greater the loss of compressive strength, but the smaller the loss of mass. The linear regression results of the ultrasonic pulse velocity, infrared heating rate, and compressive strength of the specimen are good.
