摘   要:通过改变石粉含量、砂率以及砂级配得到不同浆膜层厚度(PFT)和水膜层厚度(WFT)的混凝土拌合物,通过混凝土扩展度以及T500试验,研究了PFT与WFT对新拌混凝土流动性的影响。结果表明:当WFT>1.40 μm时,混凝土的扩展度及T500随PFT同步变化;当WFT<1.40 μm时,混凝土的扩展度及T500随WFT同步变化;当PFT与WFT同时增加时,混凝土的扩展度增加,T500降低;当PFT与WFT同时降低时,PFT与WFT的降幅不同,混凝土的扩展度及T500变化也有所差异。 Abstract: By changing the content of stone powder, sand ratio, and sand grading, concrete mixtures with different slurry film thickness(PFT) and water film thickness(WFT) were obtained. The influence of PFT and WFT on the flowability of fresh concrete was studied through concrete expansion and T500 tests. The results indicate that when WFT>1.40 μm, the expansion and T500 of concrete change synchronously with PFT. When WFT<1.40 μm, the expansion and T500 of concrete change synchronously with the change of WFT. When PFT and WFT increase simultaneously, the expansion of concrete increases and T500 decreases. When both PFT and WFT decrease simultaneously, the reduction amplitude of PFT and WFT is different, and the expansion and T500 changes of concrete are also different.

(1)WFT=1.40 μm是PFT对混凝土流动性改善的关键点。当WFT>1.40 μm时,混凝土的流动性随着PFT的增加而提高,随着PFT的降低而降低。当WFT<1.40 μm时,混凝土的流动性随着WFT的增加而提高,随着WFT的降低而降低。
(2)当PFT和WFT同时增加时,混凝土的流动性提高。当混凝土PFT和WFT同时降低时,混凝土的整体流动性降低,但当PFT和WFT降幅不同时,混凝土的扩展度及T500变化有所差异。
