摘 要:研究了钢纤维的形状(剪切型、端钩型)、长径比(46.6、53.9)和体积掺量(0、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%)对自密实混凝土工作性、力学性能和耐久性能的影响。结果表明:相同掺量下,3种类型的钢纤维中,长径比为46.6的端钩型钢纤维自密实混凝土工作性、力学性能均相对较好;随着钢纤维掺量的增加(≥0.6%),自密实混凝土的工作性降低,抗压强度小幅增大,劈裂抗拉强度和轴向抗拉强度显著增大,早期收缩性能和抗裂性能提升,干燥收缩值减小。
Abstract: The influence of the shape (shear type, end hook type), aspect ratio (46.6, 53.9) and volume content (0, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8%, 1.0%) of steel fiber on the workability, mechanical properties and durability of self-compacting concrete was studied. The results show that under the same content, among the three types of steel fibers, the end hook type steel fiber with aspect ratio of 46.6 reinforced self-compacting concrete has relatively better workability and mechanical properties. With the increase of steel fiber content(≥0.6%), the workability of self-compacting concrete decreases, the compressive strength slightly increases, the splitting tensile strength and axial tensile strength significantly increase, the early shrinkage performance and crack resistance performance improve, and the dry shrinkage value decreases.
