摘 要:制备了矿渣-脱硫石膏-水泥复合胶凝材料,通过抗压强度试验确定了其最佳配合比,并进行了微观机理分析。抗压强度结果表明:相同水泥掺量(10%)下,随着脱硫石膏掺量的增加,试件的28 d抗压强度先增大后减小;相同m矿渣∶m脱硫石膏(8.0∶1.0)下,随着水泥掺量的增加,试件的28 d抗压强度先增大后减小;最佳m矿渣∶m脱硫石膏∶m水泥为75.5∶9.5∶15.0。28 d微观结果表明:随着脱硫石膏掺量的增加,水化产物生成量增多,AFt由针状变为粗棒状,但同时CaSO4·2H2O量也较多;随着水泥掺量的增加,CaSO4·2H2O和矿渣颗粒减少,无胶结性的SiO2增多,AFt由针状先变为粗棒状再变为针状和粗棒状共同存在。
Abstract: A slag-desulfurization gypsum-cement composite cementitious material was prepared, and its optimal mix proportion was determined through compressive strength tests, and the microscopic analysis was conducted. The compressive strength results show that under the same cement content (10%), with the increase of desulfurization gypsum content, the 28 d compressive strength of the specimens first increases and then decreases. Under the same mslag ∶ mdesulfurization gypsum (8.0:1.0), with the increase of cement content, the 28 d compressive strength first increases and then decreases. The optimal mslag ∶ mdesulfurization gypsum ∶ mcement is 75.5∶9.5∶15.0. The 28 d microscopic results show that with the increase of desulfurization gypsum content, the amount of hydration products increases, and the AFt changes from needle shaped to coarse rod shaped, but the amount of CaSO4·2H2O is higher. With the increase of cement content, the amount of CaSO4·2H2O and slag particles decrease, and non-cementitious SiO2 increases, and the AFt changes from needle shaped to coarse rod shaped first, and then to needle shaped and coarse rod shaped coexisting.
