摘   要:总结了不同聚合物乳液改性方式对水泥基材料阻尼性能的增强效果,分析了聚合物乳液增强阻尼性能的机理,并提出了聚合物乳液改性水泥基材料阻尼性能存在的问题与研究方向。 Abstract: The damping enhancement effects of different polymer emulsion modified cement-based materials are summarized, and the related mechanisms of polymer emulsion modification to improve the damping properties of cement-based materials are analyzed. The problems and research directions of the damping properties of polymer emulsion modified cement-based materials are proposed.

摘   要:总结了不同聚合物乳液改性方式对水泥基材料阻尼性能的增强效果,分析了聚合物乳液增强阻尼性能的机理,并提出了聚合物乳液改性水泥基材料阻尼性能存在的问题与研究方向。

Abstract: The damping enhancement effects of different polymer emulsion modified cement-based materials are summarized, and the related mechanisms of polymer emulsion modification to improve the damping properties of cement-based materials are analyzed. The problems and research directions of the damping properties of polymer emulsion modified cement-based materials are proposed.

聚合物乳液改性对提高水泥基材料的阻尼性能均有积极作用。四种聚合物乳液改性水泥基材料提高阻尼性能的方式中:①直接掺加聚合物乳液操作简单,但水泥基材料的阻尼性能受温度、频率、聚灰比的影响较大,不易控制;②聚合物乳液预饱和轻骨料可以通过控制骨料性状和聚合物分子结构来平衡阻尼性能与力学性能,但轻骨料的浸渍程度无法把握;③聚合物乳液涂层包裹骨料对水泥基材料阻尼性能的提高效果优于前两者,但其对力学性能的不利影响加剧;④聚合物乳液浸渍虽不损伤原水泥基材料构造,但其对阻尼性能的提高效果受水泥基材料孔结构的影响较大,聚合物溶液耗材增加,成本增高。
      综上,未来研究中,需在保证水泥基材料基本力学性能的基础上,量化分析影响聚合物乳液改性水泥基材料阻尼性能的诸多因素,研发高阻尼水泥基材料绿色建材产品,以推进其在工程减振中的广泛应用。
