摘 要:复合了白云石与水渣用作混凝土掺合料,并经过了磨细处理研究了不同粒径及掺量的复合白云石掺合料对混凝土工作性能、气泡稳定性、塑性开裂及抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明,掺入的复合白云石掺合料掺量越大,混凝土含气量损失率越小,塑性开裂面积越小。掺入的复合白云石掺合料粒径越大,混凝土坍落度越大,含气量损失率越大,塑性开裂面积越大。对于C30混凝土,当复合白云石掺合料粒径10μm掺量20%时,对混凝土抗压强度的贡献最大。Abstract:Theeffectofgrounddolomiteadmixturewithdifferentparticlesizeandcontentontheworkingperformance,bubblestability,plasticcrackingandcompressivestrengthofconcretewasstudiedbymixingthedolomiteandwaterresidueasconcreteadmixture.Theresultsshowthatthelargerthedolomitecontentis,thesmallertheconcretegaslossrateisandthesmallertheplasticcrackingareais;thelargertheparticlesizeofthecompositedolomiteadmixtureis,thelargertheconcreteslump,thegaslossrateandtheplasticcrackingareaarean.Whenthecompositedolomiteadmixtureparticlesize10μmcontentis20%,theconcretecompressivestrengthofC30concreteisthehighest.

摘 要:再生混凝土应力-应变本构关系是分析再生混凝土结构承载力及变形破坏的主要依据,本文针对六种不同再生粗骨料替代率、三个龄期的棱柱体共54个试件进行轴心抗压强度试验,分析了不同再生粗骨料替代率对再生混凝土全应力-应变曲线和轴心抗压强度、弹性模量、峰值应变及极限应变的影响规律。结果表明,再生混凝土全应力-应变曲线与普通混凝土相似,弹性模量均低于普通混凝土,峰值应变随着取代率增加而增大,极限应变则随着取代率的增加呈先增后减趋势。Abstract:Stress-strainconstitutiverelationofrecycledconcreteisthemainbasisforanalyzingthebearingcapacityanddeformationfailureofrecycledconcretestructure.Theaxialcompressivestrengthtestswerecarriedoutonatotalof54testpiecesofprismobjectswithsixdifferentreplacementratesofrecycledthickaggregateandthreeages.Theinfluencesofdifferentreplacementratesofrecycledthickaggregateonstress-straincurveandaxialcompressivestrength,elasticmodulus,peakstrainandultimatestrainofrecycledconcretewereanalyzed.Theresultsshowthatthestress-straincurveofrecycledconcreteissimilartothatofordinaryconcrete,anditselasticmodulusislowerthanthatofordinaryconcrete.Thepeakstrainincreaseswiththeincreaseofreplacementrate,whiletheultimatestrainincreasesfirstandthendecreaseswiththeincreaseofreplacementrate.

摘 要:逐时累计温度(℃·h)是对逐日累计温度(℃·d)的借鉴,即环境温度t、养护时长h和抗压强度fcu可能存在函数关系。在养护箱内模拟不同温度环境,对C30~C40的二次衬砌混凝土配合比立方体试件进行养护、测试其抗压强度fcu,得到了抗压强度fcu-逐时累计温度(℃·h)回归公式,并计算了C30~C40混凝土的脱模时间推荐值,用于预判铁路隧道二次衬砌脱模;同时给出了需要对该推荐值进行修正的情况。Abstract:Thehourlyaccumulatedtemperatureof℃·hlessonsfromdailyaccumulativetemperature℃·d,theremaybeafunctionalrelationshipbetweenenvironmentaltemperaturet,maintenancehourhandcompressivestrengthfcu.Differenttemperatureenvironmentincuringboxwassimulated,thecubespecimenofC30~C40secondaryliningconcretemixratiowerecured,thecompressivestrengthfcuandtheregressionformulaofthecompressivestrengthfcuandthedailyaccumulativetemperature℃·dwereobtained,C30~C40concretestrippingtimerecommendedvaluewasculculated,whichcanbeusedtopredictthemoldunloadingofrailwaytunnelsecondaryliningandcorrectionofthevaluewasgiven.

摘 要:为选出误差较小且适应性较强的测定掺加粉煤灰的硬化砂浆中水泥含量的方法,成型了不同粉煤灰掺量的砂浆试样,标准养护到不同龄期后,分别利用CaO法、葡萄糖酸钠溶液溶解法和可溶性SiO2法测定其中的水泥含量。试验结果表明,可溶性SiO2法的误差最小且适应性最强。采用该方法后,对于粉煤灰掺量不大于20%、龄期不超过180d的砂浆,以及粉煤灰掺量不大于15%、龄期不超过360d的砂浆,水泥含量测定结果的相对误差绝对值都在5%以内。Abstract:Inordertogettheanalysismethodthathastheleasterrorandthestrongestadaptabilityofcementcontentinhardenedmortarswithflyash,differentsampleswithvariedcontentofflyashwereprepared.Afterthemortarsampleswerecuredfordifferentagesinastandardenvironment,thecementcontentofdifferentsampleswasinvestigatedbyCaOmethod,Sodiumgluconatesolutionmethod,andsolubleSiO2method.TheidealmeasurementsissolubleSiO2method.Byusingthemethod,therelativedeviationabsolutevalueofcementcontentofhardenedmortarswithnomorethan180dagesand20percentflyashcontentissetwithin5%,andthehardenedmortarswithnomorethan360dagesand15percentflyashcontenthavethesameresult.

摘 要:介绍了一种混凝土冷缩-干缩应力试验机,与价格昂贵的混凝土温度应力试验机相比,构造简单,操作方便。该试验机可以模拟实际工程中混凝土经历的真实温升、降温和干燥过程,全程准确测量混凝土的冷缩应力、干缩应力和干缩变形,直接给出干缩应力-应变曲线。Abstract:Cooling-dryingshrinkagearethemainformofconcretecrackinginpractice.Anewtypeconcretecooling-dryingstresstestingmachine(CDSTM)isintroduced.Comparedwithexpensiveconcretetemperaturestresstestingmachine,CDSTMismoresimpleinconstructionandeasytooperate.CDSTMcansimulatetherealtemperaturehistoryanddryingshrinkageprocessofconcreteinactualengineering,includingtemperaturerisingandtemperaturecooling.Thus,thewholeprocessofcoolingstress,shrinkagestress,andshrinkagedeformationofconcretewillbeaccuratelydetermined.Andthestress-straincurvecanbeimmediatelyobtained.CDSTMprovidesaconvenientmeasuringmeansforpreventingconcretecrackinginengineering.

摘 要:砂基透水砖是以细砂为面层骨料,以有机胶结剂为主要黏结材料,经免烧结成型工艺制备而成,具有透水功能的透水砖。但是由于其面层细砂尺寸较小,砂基透水砖在压制过程中通常会导致黏模问题,严重影响生产效率。本文以耐磨性为路用指标,采用压头残余黏结细砂法对砂基透水砖的黏模特性展开试验研究。通过分析制砖机压头残余黏结细砂量与胶结剂用量、细砂形状、细砂粒径、颜料添加量及成型压力的变化规律对砂基透水砖的性能进行研究。试验结果表明,当采用圆粒硅砂,胶水用量在4.0%~4.5%、细砂粒径为40~80目、颜料添加量为1.5%~2.5%,成型压力为21MPa时制备的砂基透水砖表面比较平整且具有较好的路用性能。 Abstract: Sand-based water permeable brick (SPB) is a kind of permeable brick which is made by sintering molding process with fine sand as the surface layer and organic adhesive as the main bonding material. However, due to its small fine sand size of surface layer, there is a sticking problem in the pressing process, which will seriously affect the production efficiency. The viscosity model experimental of SPB was studied by the method of residual cohesive fine sand on the head, while the wear resistance was as the indicator for the road. The properties of SPB were studied by analyzing the relationship of esidual cohesive fine sand on the head with dosage of the glue, sand shape, particle size, the content of toner, forming pressure. The results show that the SPB is smooth and has a good performance when the round grain of silica sand is used, the amount of resin sand ratio ranges from 4.0% to 4.5%, the fine sand grain size ranges from 40 mesh to 80 mesh, the toner content ranges from 1.5% to 2.5%, and the molding pressure ranges from 17MPa to 21MPa.

摘 要:用水泥基灌浆料加大钢筋混凝土柱截面,提高承载能力,是混凝土结构常用加固方法。为了研究钢筋混凝土柱用水泥基灌浆料加固后新旧混凝土协同作用的性能,以待加固柱表面不做处理、待加固柱表面凿毛处理和待加固柱表面粘贴钢丝网三种结合面处理方式分别制作3根试件,对试件进行试验研究,观察试件的破坏特征,研究了柱内钢筋和水泥基灌浆料的应变以及压力-压缩量的关系,得出一种受力性能良好、经济可靠,可用于实际工程加固的结合面处理方式。Abstract:It’sthecommonmethodofreinforcingtheconcretestructurethatusesthecement-basedgroutingmaterialtoenlargethesectionofsteelbarconcretecolumnsandimprovesitscarryingability.Inordertostudythesynergisticfunctionofnewandoldconcreteafterreinforcedbycementbasedgroutingmaterial,threeveilmanagementmeaningswasusedtomakethreetestspecimens.Thenmakethetesttostudythesetest-specimenandtheirdestructivefeature.Themainrelationshipbetweenthesteelbarofcolumnandcement-basedgroutingmaterial,pressureandcompressionwereobtained.Thenaveilmanagementmethodwhichhasagoodmechanicalbehaviorwasgot,whichwaseconomicandreliable,andcanbeusedintothepracticalprojectreinforcement.

摘 要:以矿渣掺量系数、溶胶比、碱当量为参数,进行三因素三水平的正交试验,得到以水玻璃为激发剂的碱矿渣泡沫混凝土的最优配合比。试验结果表明,三个因素中,碱当量对碱矿渣泡沫混凝土28d的抗压强度、干密度、导热系数的影响均为最高,其次是溶胶比,矿渣掺量系数影响最小。用Image-ProPlus图像处理与分析软件对碱矿渣泡沫混凝土的孔结构进行分析,得到表征孔隙率、平均圆度系数、平均孔径、孔径分布等孔结构参数,分析可知碱矿渣泡沫混凝土的各项性能与其孔结构之间有着密切的联系,孔隙率和平均孔径越小,抗压强度越高、导热系数越大;碱矿渣泡沫混凝土的干密度与孔隙率有很好的相关性,相关系数R为0.9888。Abstract:Basedontheorthogonalexperiment,theoptimummixproportionofalkaliactivatedslagfoamconcretewithwaterglassasactivatorisobtainedbytakingthreefactorsinvolvesslagcontent,solution-binderratioandequivalentconcentrationofalkalisolution.Theresultsshowthatamongthreefactors,equivalentconcentrationofalkalisolutionhasthehighestimpactonthecompressivestrength,drydensityandthermalconductivityattheageof28d,followedbysolution-binderratio,andinfluenceofslagcontentisthelastone.Theporestructureofalkali-slagfoamconcreteisanalyzedbyImage-ProPlustoobtaintheporestructureparameterssuchasporosity,averagecircularitycoefficient,averageporesizeandporesizedistribution.Itisfoundthatalltheperformanceofalkaliactivatedslagfoamconcreteanditsporestructurearecloselylinked,thesmallertheporosityandaverageporesize,thehigherthecompressivestrength,andthegreaterthethermalconductivity;drydensityofalkaliactivatedslagfoamconcretehasagoodcorrelationwiththeporosity,thecorrelationcoefficientRis0.9888.

摘 要:通过纤维水泥栈道板产品性能的介绍和工程应用实例的分析,比较了纤维水泥栈道板、防腐木栈道板及木塑制品产品的应用情况,并分析了纤维水泥栈道板在户外工程应用的前景,探讨了纤维水泥制品行业发展的新途径。 Abstract: By introducing the performance of fiber cement board products plank and examples of engineering application, the application of fiber cement board, plank board and wood products, wood preservative products were compared, and the prospect of fiber cement board plank in outdoor engineering application were analyzed. In addition the new ways for the development of fiber cement products industry was discussed.

摘 要:考虑聚丙烯纤维体积掺量和长径比两因素,设计制作了7组混凝土试件,通过单轴受压应力-应变全曲线试验,研究了聚丙烯纤维对混凝土力学行为的影响。采用声发射信号采集系统同步监测混凝土内部损伤演化过程,分析了聚丙烯纤维混凝土单轴受压损伤机理。结果表明,聚丙烯纤维显著改善了混凝土的峰后延性和抗压韧性。混凝土试件贯通裂缝形成时,声发射撞击数突增,应力迅速下降,损伤发展较快。随着纤维体积掺量增加,试件声发射累计撞击数逐渐增大;纤维长径比为280时,声发射累计撞击数最大。聚丙烯纤维混凝土破坏时剪切裂纹所占裂纹总数比重较大,试件呈现剪切破坏形态。Abstract:Atotalof7groupofconcretespecimensfordifferentfibervolumefractionsandaspectratioswasfabricatedandtested.Basedonthestress-straincurveunderuniaxialloading,theeffectsofPF(polypropylenefiber)onthestress-strainbehaviorofconcretewerestudied.Thedamageevolutionprocesswasmonitoredbyacousticemission(AE)signalacquisitionsystem,andthecompressivedamagemechanismwasanalyzedbasedonAEparameters.Theresultsindicatethatthepost-peakductilityandcompressivetoughnessareimprovedbyadditionofPF.ResultsfromAEshowethattheAEhitshareaconcentratedreleasewhenthemaincracksofspecimenareformedwithasharpdropinaxialstress.Moreover,thecumulativeAEhitsincreasewiththeincreasingfibervolumefraction,andcanreachethebiggestforthefiberaspectratioof280.Furthermore,themassratioofshearcrackstothetotalincreasesbytheincorporationofpolypropylenefibersandthespecimenshoweanobviousshearingfailuremode.
