摘 要:通过研究单掺和复掺粉煤灰与矿粉对透水混凝土力学及透水性能的影响,优选出了TC20透水混凝土的最佳配合比,并在此基础上,对比研究了分别单掺0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%的塑钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维对透水混凝土力学、透水和抗冻性能的影响。结果表明:掺入适量粉煤灰、矿粉增大了透水混凝土的抗压强度、孔隙率和透水系数;与聚丙烯纤维相比,掺塑钢纤维试件的抗压强度、孔隙率、透水系数均较高,抗冻性能较好。综合考虑透水混凝土的抗压强度、透水性能和抗冻性能,推荐复掺15%粉煤灰与15%矿粉,并掺加不超过0.10%的塑钢纤维。
Abstract: The effects of single and composite addition of fly ash and mineral powder on the mechanical properties and permeability of pervious concrete were studied, and the best mix proportion for TC20 pervious concrete was selected. On this basis, the effects of single addition of 0.05%, 0.10%, 0.15% and 0.20% plastic steel fiber and polypropylene fiber alone on the mechanical properties, permeability and frost resistance of pervious concrete were comparatively studied. The results show that the compressive strength, porosity and water permeability coefficient of pervious concrete are increased by the addition of appropriate content of fly ash and mineral powder. Compared with polypropylene fiber, the compressive strength, porosity and water permeability coefficient of the specimens mixed with plastic steel fiber are higher, and the frost resistance is better. Comprehensively considering the compressive strength, permeability and frost resistance of pervious concrete, it is recommended to mix 15% content of fly ash and 15% content of mineral powder, and add no more than 0.10% content of plastic steel fiber.
