摘 要:为提高透水型泡沫混凝土的透水能力、蓄水能力,研究了浆体流变性能对该类混凝土孔结构、透水性、蓄水性的影响。结果表明:当浆体的初始屈服应力小于3.0 Pa时,透水型泡沫混凝土易发生塌模;随着浆体屈服应力与黏度的增大,透水型泡沫混凝土的透水性和蓄水性降低;通过控制浆体的流变性,可以制备出干表观密度700 kg/m3、透水性为K2~K3级、体积蓄水率40%的透水型泡沫混凝土。
Abstract: To improve the water permeability and water storage capacity of pervious foamed concrete, the effects of rheological property of paste on the pore structure, water permeability and water storage properties of pervious foamed concrete were studied. The results show that the foamed concrete is prone to collapse when the initial yield stress is less than 3.0 Pa. The increase of yield stress and viscosity reduces the water permeability and water retention of pervious foamed concrete. A pervious foamed concrete with a dry apparent density of 700 kg/m3, a water permeability of K2~K3, and a volume water retention rate of 40% can be prepared by controlling the rheology of the paste.
