摘 要:为了探究微纳米气泡水(NBW)作为拌和水对砂浆性能的影响,对NBW与普通水拌和的砂浆抗压强度与收缩性能进行了对比分析。结果表明:NBW使砂浆28 d抗压强度提高了6%~13%,早期抗压强度提高更明显;NBW与矿物掺合料具有协同作用,能够降低砂浆的收缩,减少质量损失;NBW可以降低砂浆的总孔隙率和平均孔径,使砂浆的微观结构更加密实。
Abstract: In order to investigate the effect of micro-nano bubble water(NBW) as mixing water on the performance of mortar, a comparative analysis was conducted on the compressive strength and shrinkage deformation of mortar mixed with NBW and ordinary water. The results show that NBW increases the 28 d compressive strength of mortar by 6%~13%, with a more significant increase in early compressive strength. NBW has a synergistic effect with mineral admixtures, which can reduce the shrinkage of mortar and reduce mass loss. NBW can reduce the total porosity and average pore size of mortar, making the microstructure of mortar more compact.
