摘 要:以攀钢钢渣为主要原料,研究了四种不同细度钢渣粉的主要特性及其对水泥胶砂强度的影响,同时研究了不同掺量钢渣粉和钢渣粉与粉煤灰组成的复合胶凝材料对水泥胶砂强度的影响。结果表明,在钢渣粉掺量为30%时,钢渣粒度越细,比表面积越大,活性指数越高;平均粒径为21.36μm,比表面积为450.8m2/kg的钢渣粉在掺量不大于10%时,28d活性指数可大于100%,但进一步增加掺量后水泥胶砂强度不断降低;钢渣粉和粉煤灰组成的复合胶凝材料的活性指数高于纯钢渣粉和粉煤灰的活性指数。
Abstract: The main characteristics of four kinds of steel slag powder and influence on the strength of cement mortar were studied by using Panzhihua steel slag as the main raw material. At the same time, the effect of different amount of steel slag powder on the strength of cement mortar was studied. The influence of the composite cementitious material composed of steel slag powder and fly ash on the strength of cement mortar was also studied. The results showed that when the amount of steel slag powder was 30%, surface area increased as particle size of steel slag decreased and the activity index increased. For the steel slag powder whose average particle size is 21.36μm and surface area is 450.8m2/kg, the dosage was not more than 10%, the 28d activity index was greater than 100%. However, the strength of cement mortar decreased as amount of steel slag powder increased. The activity index of composite cementitious material composed of steel slag powder and fly ash was higher than that of pure steel slag powder and fly ash.
