摘   要:根据防护涂层对混凝土表面孔隙的封闭效果,将混凝土表面防护涂层分为表面成膜型、孔隙封闭型、疏水浸渍型3种,总结了各类型防护涂层的研究现状、存在的问题,并对进一步研究方向进行了展望。 Abstract: According to the sealing effect of protective coating on concrete surface pores, concrete surface protective coating is classified into three types of surface film coating, pore blocking coating, hydrophobic impregnation coating. The research status and existing problems of various types of protective coatings are summarized, and further research directions are prospected.

摘   要:为了提高煤矸石混凝土的力学与耐久性能,将煤系偏高岭土部分取代率水泥,研究了不同取代率的煤系偏高岭土对煤矸石混凝土抗压强度、劈拉强度、耐磨性和抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响。结果表明:掺加煤系偏高岭土可显著提高煤矸石混凝土的力学性能;当煤系偏高岭土取代率为30%时,煤矸石混凝土的抗压强度和劈拉强度均最大;掺入适量煤系偏高岭土能够有效改善煤矸石混凝土的耐磨性和抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,其最佳取代率为30%。 Abstract: To improve the mechanical properties and durability of coal gangue concrete, the effects of coal metakaolin on the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, abrasion resistance and sulfate resistance of coal gangue concrete were studied by partially substituting cement with coal metakaolin. The results show that the incorporation of coal metakaolin can greatly improve the mechanical properties of coal gangue concrete. When the amount of coal metakaolin is 30%, the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of coal gangue concrete reach the maximum value. In addition, the incorporation of coal metakaolin can effectively improve the abrasion resistance and sulfate resistance of coal gangue concrete, and the optimum content is 30%.

摘   要:通过10根中心配置HRB400级钢筋的混凝土棱柱体构件轴心受拉试验,并结合已有的11根配置HRB335级钢筋的相同构件试验结果,探讨了混凝土表面应变的变化以及钢筋级别对轴心受拉构件混凝土有效受拉面积的影响。结果表明:在轴心受拉情况下,配置HRB335钢筋和配置HRB400钢筋的混凝土有效受拉面积略有差异;对配置HRB400和配置HRB335钢筋的构件,混凝土有效受拉面积可分别按半径为7.3d(d为钢筋直径)和7.4d的圆形面积计算,或分别按边长为6.5d和6.6d的正方形面积计算。 Abstract: The axial tension behaviors of ten prism members with HRB400 steel bars and eleven prism members with HRB335 steel bars were investigated, and the effect of concrete strain and steel grade on the effective tensile cross-sectional area was explored. The results indicate that the effective tensile cross-sectional area of the concrete with HRB400 steel bar has a slightly different with that of the concrete with HRB335 steel bar under the condition of axial tension. A circular area with a radius of 7.3d (d is the diameter of the steel bar) or a 7.4d and a square area with a side length of 6.5d or a 6.6d are proposed respectively based on the experimental data with HRB400 or HRB335 steel bar.

摘   要:对不同粉煤灰掺量的钢筋混凝土试件进行弯曲荷载下的盐冻循环试验,利用超声波检测研究了弯曲荷载大小、盐冻循环次数对试件损伤的影响,并分析了超声波波速变化率与弯曲荷载、盐冻循环次数与混凝土损伤度的关系以及200次盐冻循环下混凝土损伤层厚度与弯曲荷载、混凝土损伤度的关系。结果表明:弯曲荷载越大,盐冻循环次数越多,超声波波速变化率和试件的损伤层厚度越大,混凝土受损越严重;试件的超声波波速变化率与盐冻循环次数和弯曲荷载呈线性正相关关系;200次盐冻循环时,试件的损伤层厚度与弯曲荷载呈正相关线性关系,试件的损伤度与超声波波速变化率之间呈非线性正相关关系,与损伤层厚度之间呈对数关系。 Abstract: The salt-freezing cycle tests under the bending load state were carried out on the reinforced concrete specimens with different fly ash content. The influence of bending load and the number of salt-freezing cycles on concrete damage was studied by ultrasonic testing. The relationship between ultrasonic wave velocity change rate and bending load, salt-freezing cycle times and concrete damage degree, the thickness of damaged layer and the magnitude of bending load and concrete damage degree under 200 salt-freezing cycles was analyzed. The results show that the greater the bending load, the more salt-freezing cycles, the greater the ultrasonic wave velocity change rate and the thickness of damage layer of specimens, the more serious the concrete damage. The rate of change of ultrasonic wave velocity of specimens has a linear relationship with the number of salt-freezing cycles and the magnitude of the bending load. Under 200 times of salt- freezing cycles, the damage layer thickness of concrete has a positive linear relationship with bending load. There is a positive correlation and nonlinear relationship between the damage degree of the specimen and the rate of change of ultrasonic wave velocity, and the relationship between the damage degree and the thickness of damage layer is logarithmic.

摘   要:为了制备具有高流动性的高强灌浆料,进行了四因素三水平的正交试验L9(34),研究了硅粉掺量、纳米二氧化硅(NS)掺量、砂胶比、水胶比对硅粉-NS灌浆料的流动度、抗折强度、抗压强度的影响。结合极差分析法,分析了各材料掺量变化对灌浆料流动度、抗折强度、抗压强度的影响程度。结果表明:与NS相比,硅粉对灌浆料早期强度的影响较大;通过优化砂胶比和水胶比,可以配制出流动度好、强度高的硅粉-NS灌浆料。 Abstract: In order to produce high-strength grout with high fluidity, the orthogonal tests L9(34) with four control factors and three levels were carried out via the fluidity tests. The influence of silica fume content, nano-SiO2(NS) content, sand-binder ratio, W/B on the fluidity, flexural strength and compressive strength of silica fume-NS grout was studied. Combined with the range analysis method, the influence degree of each material content change on the fluidity, flexural strength and compressive strength of grout was analyzed. The results show that compared with NS, silica fume has a greater impact on the early strength. By optimizing the sand-binder ratio and W/B, a silica fume-NS grout with good fluidity and high strength can be prepared.

摘   要:通过抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、峰值压应变、静态弹性模量和应力-应变关系试验,研究了自密实混凝土强度、再生大骨料强度、再生大骨料粒径对再生大骨料自密实混凝土(RCASCC)力学性能的影响。采用数据拟合的方法对国内外典型混凝土单轴受压应力-应变模型中的相关系数进行了修正,给出了适用于RCASCC的单轴受压本构模型,分别建立了RCASCC抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、峰值应变和弹性模量与自密实混凝土强度、再生大骨料强度、再生大骨料粒径的函数关系式,并对4种本构模型的拟合程度进行了比较分析。结果表明:所拟合的三次多项式型曲线和三角函数型曲线与实际应力-应变关系吻合程度相对较高。 Abstract: The effects of the strength of self-compacting concrete, strength of recycled larger size aggregate, size of recycled larger size aggregate on mechanical properties of recycled larger size aggregate self-compacting concrete(RCASCC) were studied through compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, peak compressive strain, elastic modulus and stress-strain relationship tests. The data fitting method was used to correct the correlation coefficients in the typical uniaxial compression stress-strain models of concrete in China and abroad. A uniaxial compression constitutive model for RCASCC was presented. The functional relationship between the compressive strength/splitting tensile strength/peak strain /elastic modulus of RCASCC and the strength of self-compacting concrete, strength of recycled larger size aggregate, size of recycled larger size aggregate was established, and the fitting degree of the four constitutive models was compared and analyzed. The results show that the fitted cubic polynomial curve and trigonometric function curve are in relatively high agreement with the actual stress-strain relationship.
