摘 要:为探究不同摩尔比的碳酸根与硫酸根对碳硫硅钙石型硫酸盐侵蚀下的水泥基材料抗压强度的影响规律,选用五种不同配比的侵蚀溶液作为研究对象,进行了摩尔比(n碳酸根离子∶n硫酸根离子)为 2∶1、1.5∶1、1∶1、1∶1.5、1∶2 条件下的硫酸盐侵蚀试验,并对其侵蚀后的试件进行抗压强度测定。总结了不同摩尔比下水泥基材料的抗压强度随侵蚀龄期的变化规律。在此基础上建立了抗压强度随侵蚀时间的变化函数,得出了不同摩尔比下水泥基材料的抗压强度预测模型。
Abstract: In order to explore the influence law of different molar ratios of carbonate and sulfate on the compressive strength of cement-based materials under carbon-sulfur-silicate sulfate erosion, five erosion solutions with different proportions were selected as the research object, and the molar ratio(ncarbonate ion∶nsulfate ion) under the conditions of 2∶1, 1.5∶1, 1∶1, 1∶1.5, 1∶2 were carried out, and the compressive strength of the eroded specimens was measured. The change law of compressive strength of cement-based materials with erosion age at different molar ratios was summarized. On this basis, the change function of compressive strength with erosion time was established, and the prediction model of compressive strength of cement-based materials under different molar ratios was obtained.
