摘 要:通过L9(33)正交试验研究了玄武岩纤维(BF)、聚丙烯纤维(PPF)和粉煤灰的掺量对混凝土力学性能的影响,并进行了微观分析。结果表明:混掺适量PPF和BF,同时掺入适量粉煤灰可有效改善混杂纤维混凝土的力学性能及微观结构;综合考虑,推荐PPF、BF、粉煤灰的掺量分别为0.10%、0.10%、20%。
Abstract: The effects of the contents of basalt fiber (BF), polypropylene fiber (PPF) and fly ash on the mechanical properties of concrete were investigated by L9(33) orthogonal test, and the micro analysis was carried out. The results show that mixing appropriate contents of PPF and BF, along with appropriate contents of fly ash can effectively improve the mechanical properties and microstructure of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete. For comprehensive consideration, the recommend contents of PPF, BF, and fly ash are 0.10%, 0.10%, and 20%, respectively.
