摘   要:为满足广州鹤洞大桥(东西引桥)大中修工程H线引桥用超高性能混凝土(UHPC)预制桥面板的设计指标要求,通过原材料优选、配合比设计及力学性能试验,研究了石英砂级配和掺量、复合掺合料掺量及内养护剂掺量对UHPC工作性和力学性能的影响,制备了各项性能指标均满足设计及施工要求的UHPC。同时,其24 h立方体抗压强度达到设计强度的70%以上,满足拆模起吊要求。 Abstact: According to the design index requirements of UHPC precast bridge deck for H-line approach bridge of Guangzhou Hedong Bridge (east-west approach bridge), through raw material optimization, mix proportion design and experimental research, the effects of quartz sand gradation and content, compound admixture content, internal curing agent content on the workability and mechanical properties of UHPC were studied. The UHPC performance can meet design and construction requirements. Meanwhile, the 24 h compressive strength is more than 70% of the design requirement, which meets the requirements of mold removal and lifting.

摘   要:为提高预制混凝土衬砌管片外弧面的密实度和平整度,针对生产过程中传统抹面工艺存在的生产效率低、工人配置多、劳动强度大、产品质量不稳定等问题,结合实际生产需要,研发了自动抹面设备,并着重介绍了粗收抹面、精收抹面设备的抹平机构,可为实现管片生产线的完全自动化提供参考。 Abstract: In order to improve the compactness and flatness of the outer arc surface of reinforced concrete segment, aiming at the problems existing in the traditional plastering process, such as low production efficiency, many workers, high labor intensity and unstable product quality, combined with the actual production needs, the automatic plastering equipment is developed, and the plastering mechanism of coarse plastering and fine plastering equipment is emphatically introduced, which can provide reference for realizing the complete automation of reinforced concrete segment production line.

摘  要:基于钢筋混凝土排水管的质量要求,介绍了芯模振动与径向挤压两种成型工艺的质量控制要点,包括原材料选择、混凝土配合比设计及性能、机械设备选型与控制、钢筋骨架成型、成型要点和产品养护,并阐述了顶进施工用排水管生产过程及产品检验出厂的注意事项。 Abstract: Based on the quality requirements of reinforced concrete drainage pipe, the key control points of core mold vibration and radial extrusion forming process are introduced, including raw materials selection, concrete mix proportion design and performance, mechanical equipment selection and controlling, reinforcement framework sharping, products forming points and maintenance, and the production process of pipe jacking and the precautions for inspection and delivery are expound.
